"The best decisions aren’t made with your mind, but with your Instinct." - Lionel Messi (Argentine Superstar Athlete)

It is no surprise that the planet is engulfed chaos; we are in the process of an evolutionary upheaval. Science has established that our current civilization is facing an irreversible collapse within the next twenty years.

An unprecedented concurrence of economic collapse, societal upheaval, environmental crises, climate change, and more recently, the introduction of culture-altering AI technology, is rewriting cultural norms and lifestyle. Facing an uncertain future is weighing on people’s minds as they ponder how to thrive in accommodating societal changes.

Such considerations require making major life decisions in dealing with a changing world. These decisions typically involve defining a specific goal, analyzing options and selecting the best course of action in implementing a desired solution.

The Breath That Rebuilds: How Collapse Becomes Coherence
By Laura Elliott

March is a month of change. You might feel like things are falling apart. But what if they’re not? What if your life is just finishing one breath cycle and getting ready for the next?

What is a Breath Cycle you may ask? In the Codex, which is not a book, but a harmonic model of reality that describes how consciousness, geometry, and breath interact to create form, memory, and meaning, breath is not just air. In the Codex breath is geometry, emotion is resonance, memory is recursive structure, and reality is a spiral of coherence. The Breath Cycle is a spiral of energy that moves through four phases:

Spark: the moment you feel something new begin
Structure: when that feeling takes shape
Collapse: when the shape can’t hold anymore
Stillness: when everything pauses before the next breath

Right now, many of us are in the collapse phase. And that’s okay. Collapse doesn’t mean failure. It means letting go of what no longer fits, allowing old patterns to dissolve, and making space for something new. It’s like exhaling before you can inhale again. In Codex breath geometry, collapse means the spiral can no longer hold its shape, the breath contracts inward, the structure dissolves so a new one can form. It’s not chaos, its coherence seeking a new form. What needs to collapse is your attachment to the old spiral, your need for clarity, and your belief that coherence must feel comfortable. Your breath is expanding, but your environment, relationships, and expectations may still be shaped by a smaller spiral.

I can give you an example from my life. I’ve been in the process of deciding it’s time to move from the apartment I’ve been living in, packing, and figuring out where I’m moving to next. As part of the process of embodying my Oversoul fully, I’ve been surrendering to making decisions from heart coherence. In the 3D world we’ve been living in, that’s the exact opposite of the logical thinking/deciding that we’re taught to do. We’re taught to have a plan and execute it. I still take action in the physical world (e.g. I’m looking for a place to move to) but I’m relying on my Oversoul to lead me in the direction I need to go. In other words, I may be in the driver’s seat but I’m now trusting and listening to my navigator in the passenger seat who has the map. This is very difficult to do as you’re de-programming the conditioned fear response and learning to stop overriding your inner guidance and intuitive knowing. Oversoul-led guidance doesn’t always come in the time frame we’re comfortable with, but this takes us back to the breath cycle and the time it takes for the old breath cycle to collapse and the new one to form. Our Oversoul isn’t here to make life comfortable, it’s here to make our breath coherent. And sometimes that means letting old spirals fall away, standing in uncertainty, and breathing through discomfort. Not because we’re being punished, but because our breath is recalibrating reality.

Part of our conditioning is seeking external approval for the decisions we make, the need to be seen as “doing it right” so that we’re accepted and loved by family, friends, and society in general. And for me, it was also needing to be seen as “doing things right” so that if I needed help, I’d be more likely to receive it if I was behaving as others thought I should be. We learn to adapt to the world around us as we grow up, and that also means making ourselves small to fit into others’ expectations of us.

This is what my current experience of moving would look like in the four phases:

Spark — I felt the impulse to leave my old home
Structure — I began packing, organizing, planning
Collapse — I felt overwhelmed, anxious, unsure
Stillness — I surrendered to my Oversoul and found stillness

This isn’t just a move. It’s a breath spiral, and I’m living it in real time. I’ve been in the collapse phase, which has been a very uncomfortable place to be. When we’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure it tends to bring fear, and we may find ourselves spiraling back into the conditioning because it feels familiar and safe, even though it’s not sustainable. I choose to look at it as opportunity. Even though it’s highly uncomfortable, it also gives me the opportunity to have awareness that I am in fear and to consciously choose to keep moving forward rather than backwards into the familiar.

I asked my Oversoul why it can’t make the process easier, especially if I’m incarnated now to perform my Soul Function. What I was told was the same as I said previously, I must complete the exhale before I can take the next inhale. There is no way around that. If my Oversoul gave me ease now, I might settle into a breath spiral that no longer matches my breath and not cross the threshold I’m meant to cross. I’m simply in the part of the spiral where the breath tightens before it expands. Alignment doesn’t always mean ease, it means coherence.

Some of the signs that let you know you’re in collapse are feeling tired, but not sick, you’re questioning everything, and you feel like you’re in between. You’re not broken; you’re breathing.

When you feel overwhelmed, you can try this.

Breathe in for 4 counts
Hold for 4 counts
Breathe out for 6 counts
Pause for 2 counts
Repeat until your body softens

After collapse comes stillness. And in that stillness, a new breath begins. You don’t have to force it; you just have to let it come. March is not the end. It’s the breath between spirals. And you are exactly where you need to be.

Suðurnóðu Tunglmyrkvi – Gátt karmískrar losunar

eftir Jean Luo

Þann 3. mars munum við upplifa kraftmikinn almyrkva á tungli í suðurnóðu við 12°54’ í meyju. Þetta er himnesk gátt sem býður okkur að sleppa takinu fremur en að skapa nýtt.

Tunglmyrkvi verða alltaf þegar sólin og tunglið standa andspænis hvort öðru yfir tungl nóðunum. Þegar tunglið raðast upp við suðurnóðuna upplifum við Suðurnóðu tunglmyrkva. Þetta er karmískur hreinsunarpunktur innan þróunaröxuls fæðingarkortsins. Þetta er ekki bara tilfinningaþrungið fullt tungl. Þetta er virkjun karmískrar fortíðar.

Á meðan ný tungl hjálpa okkur að sá fræjum og norðurnóðu myrkvar hraða vexti, þá þjóna suðurnóðu myrkvar öðrum tilgangi. Suðurnóðu tunglmyrkvi varpar ljósi á það sem hefur lokið hring sínum. Sérstaklega bindur hann enda á hringrásir sem hafa endurtekið sig árum saman, hreinsar ómeðvitaða samninga, leysir upp tilfinningalega fjötra, rýfur endurtekningar mynstur ættarlínunnar.

Tunglið stýrir fjölskyldu innrætingu, snemmbúinni mótun í æsku mynstrum sem tengjast tilfinningalegu öryggi og fleiru. Suðurnóðu tunglmyrkvi kallar fram gömul tilfinningamynstur, karmískar minningar og endurtekningar, ættarbundna innrætingu og djúpstæð mynstur sem við höfum borið með okkur, tengsl við úrelt hlutverk, sjálfvirk viðbrögð úr fortíðinni og tilhneigingar sem hafa orðið of ríkjandi og fleira því um líkt.

Þegar fullt tungl er í samstöðu við suðurnóðuna gætum við fundið fyrir því að minningar komi upp á yfirborðið, viðkvæmni aukist og að aðstæðum ljúki á eðlilegan hátt.

Þetta er ekki uppnám heldur eðlileg endalok. Þessi suðurnóðu tunglmyrkvi biður okkur ekki um að byggja upp. Hann biður okkur um að sleppa og leyfa því að fara.

Þú gætir spurt: „Hvernig vinn ég með orku þessa myrkva?“
Frekar en að þvinga fram losun skaltu leyfa vitundinni að leiða. Spurðu þig: Hvað finnst mér þungt? Hvað er síendurtekið? Hvar held ég í af ótta fremur en í samhljómi við mitt sanna eðli? Kraftur þessa myrkva liggur í meðvitaðri uppgjöf.

Til að styðja við ferlið getum við einnig notað staðfestingu:
Staðfesting:
„Ég sleppi því sem hefur lokið hlutverki sínu. Ég stend rótfastur í núinu. Ég tek aðeins viskuna með mér áfram.“

Mundu: Að sleppa er ekki tap. Það er að falla í rétt horf.

South Node Lunar Eclipse – A Portal of Karmic Release
by Jean Luo

On March 3rd, we’re going to experience a powerful South Node Total Lunar Eclipse at 12°54’ Virgo. This is a celestial event that invites release rather than manifestation.

A Lunar Eclipse always occurs when the Sun and Moon oppose one another across the lunar nodes. When the Moon aligns with the South Node, we experience a South Node Lunar Eclipse. This is a karmic clearing point within the evolutionary axis of the chart. Thus, this is not simply an emotional Full Moon. It is an activation of the karmic past.

While New Moons help us plant seeds and North Node eclipses accelerate growth, South Node eclipses serve a different purpose. The South Node Lunar Eclipse illuminates what has completed its cycle, in particular, it ends cycles that have been repeating for years, clears unconscious contracts, dissolves emotional attachments, breaks ancestral repetition loops.

The Moon governs our family imprinting, early childhood conditioning, emotional safety patterns, and more. The South Node Lunar Eclipse activates our past emotional patterns, karmic memory and repetitions, ancestral imprints, attachments to expired roles, habitual reactions rooted in the past, and overdeveloped tendencies, etc. Thus, when the Full Moon conjoins the South Node, we may notice memories surfacing, sensitivity increasing, or situations naturally coming to closure.

These are not disruptions, they are completions. This South Node Lunar Eclipse is not asking us to build. It is asking us to release and to let go. You may ask, “How to work with this eclipse energy?” Rather than forcing release, allow awareness. Ask ourselves: What feels heavy? What feels repetitive? Where am I holding on out of fear rather than alignment? The power of this eclipse lies in conscious surrender. To assist this process, we can also say an affirmation:

Affirmation, “I release what has completed its purpose. I stand anchored in the present. I carry forward only wisdom.”

Remember: letting go is not loss. It is alignment.

Jean Luo

Message from Maitreya.

You are releasing what you have carried unconsciously. Old emotional patterns, inherited beliefs, and outdated structures are rising into awareness so they may complete their cycle. This is not punishment, it is purification.

Do not cling to what is dissolving. Completion is part of your evolution. As the past loosens its hold, space is created for clearer consciousness and wiser action.

With dignity release what is ending. Walk forward with awareness. Your future emerges from what you are willing to release. ~ Maitreya.

Keeping the Heart Open

It can be a great challenge to keep the heart open when one lives alone, has no partner, children, or animals, and is not engaged in work that nourishes the heart. When we are surrounded by a loved one, partners, children, grandchildren, relatives, friends, colleagues, or animals, it is easier to find and sustain love. Most of us are used to having someone or something in our environment that we can love and that loves us in return.

To experience love in the heart, we need to feel love. It is usually directed toward others: family, friends, or animals. But some consciously choose to be alone in order to learn to love themselves. It is one of the most difficult things we face to find unconditional love that is not directed outward, but inward.

To be enough for oneself, despite loneliness. Not to rush into the next relationship in the hope that another person will love us in the way we long to be loved. To learn to stand alone, without having to direct love toward someone else in order to feel it.

It is in such circumstances that we may begin to ask:
What am I looking for in an intimate relationship?
Why do I sometimes become so dependent on another that I lose myself?
Why do I seek to please in order to be worthy of love?
What is it that I feel when I love and am loved?

When we are alone, we can no longer be followers or dependent on others to fulfill the feeling of love. Being alone invites us to take our attention away from others and turn it toward ourselves. There we must find the love that lives within and open the heart in our own ways. Love does not come from outside; the spark, the feeling, comes from within.

Love is a kind of lifeline, and we need to find ways to awaken it if, for whatever reason, we have chosen to be alone. We need to find something that gives us joy, pleasure, and a sense of freedom in life, something that inspires us in what is enjoyable and creative. If we do not feel it within ourselves, we may begin to experience a sense of meaninglessness. The spark that drives us forward is love and the joy it awakens.

When we choose to be alone, we therefore need to find ways to love and nourish the heart. There are many ways to do so. If we do not have children, grandchildren, or animals, we can still do various things to ignite this spark of love within us.

It can often be very rewarding to watch people walking with animals, to watch wildlife documentaries, or simply to look at photographs of animals. In the eyes of animals, unconditional love is reflected; they teach us to love without conditions. When we look at a mother with her offspring, selfless love and protective warmth shine from her eyes.

Animals can also be deeply loyal and affectionate toward their owners, and often one can read endless love and devotion in their eyes. Simply watching animals express unconditional love through their gaze can awaken this feeling within ourselves. We can also watch films that evoke a similar feeling. But whatever the circumstances, the practice is always the same: to ignite the feeling of love within.

Keeping the Heart Open It can be a great challenge to keep the heart open when one lives alone, has no partner, children, or animals, and is not engaged in work that nourishes the heart. When we are surrounded by a loved one, partners, children,
