Join me live online for a transformative 12-day morning Sadhana, a spiritual practice designed to nourish and illuminate your inner self. This journey will guide us through the holiday season, a time when our Agni, or "digestive fire," is essential for maintaining health and vitality.

What to Expect
For twelve consecutive days, we will meet every morning at 6 am EST for one hour. This practice is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Come as you are, even if that means rolling out of bed with your bedhead intact!
