Il CEIMArs è il Centro Italiano interdisciplinare di Medicina dell'Arte (con sede in Agrigento e in Roma). Siamo medici, logopedisti, fisioterapisti e artisti impegnati nel prevenire, curare e riabilitare danzatori, attori, doppiatori, musicisti, cantanti, circensi, etc
Lavoriamo con gli insegnanti e con gli artisti nelle loro scuole, negli ambulatori, nelle Accademie, in scena e fuori scena: ogni occasione è buona per incontrare tutti e ogni artista e per crescere con loro! Siamo collegati con MEDARTES (www.medartes.it: un Gruppo prestigioso dedicato alla “Medicina applicata ai Musicisti”; a Imola, Bologna; dal 1996) e con diversi Centri stranieri di Medicina dell'Arte (Spagna, Francia, Svizzera, USA, Polonia, Belgio, Olanda, Danimarca, UK etc). Dal 2008, ogni due anni – con l'importante egida e con il supporto dell'ANSPI, Associazione Nazionale San Paolo Italia (www.anspijasnagora.it) – organizziamo, in Agrigento, il Convegno internazionale “Medicina e Arti della performance” che, nel 2012, vedrà la sua terza edizione. Lo scopo di questa pagina è l'unione delle energie italiane (ma non solo) per parlare anche in Italia (operativamente e filosoficamente) di Performing Arts Medicine! CONTIENE SOLTANTO INFORMAZIONI SULLA MEDICINA DELL'ARTE in Italia e in tutto il Mondo. This is the CEIMArs – Italian Interdisciplinary Center for Performing Arts Medicine (in Agrigento & Rome). We are doctors, voice pathologists, physiotherapists & artists who prevent, treat & rehabilitate dancers, actors, dubbers, musicians, singers, circus professionals etc. We desire work with teachers and artists for ameliorating the life of performers! We work in Schools, in Surgeries, in Academies, on stage & out of stage: all occasion is right for encountering everybody and each artists & for growing with them! We are linked with MEDARTES (www.medartes.it: a group for “Medicine applied to Musicians”; in Imola, Bologna; since 1996), and with many foreign Centers (Spain, France, Switzerland, USA, Poland, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, UK etc). Since 2008, every two years – with the prestigious auspices and the support of ANSPI, Italian “Saint Paul” Association (www.anspijasnagora.it) – we organize, in Agrigento, the International Conference "Medicine & Performing Arts", of which in 2012 there will be the third edition. Injuries prevention inside circus arts

Dear artists, my name is Andrea Antonelli, I am a physiotherapist and aerialist.
I am currently conducting a research study on injury prevention in the Performing Arts, with a specific focus on the circus world, as part of the PGDip program in "Performing Arts Medicine" at the Niccolò Cusano University in Rome.
If you are a professional artist, I kindly invite you to participate by completing the following questionnaire, which will take approximately 10 minutes, in the language you feel more comfortable in between English or Italian.
Your anonymous contribution will be valuable in advancing knowledge on injury prevention strategies and in improving the quality of care within our professional field.
All responses and data will remain anonymous and will be used exclusively for research purposes.

La prevenzione degli infortuni nel mondo circense
Gentile Artista, sono Andrea Antonelli, un fisioterapista e aerialist, e questo questionario è parte di una ricerca sulla prevenzione degli infortuni nelle Performing Arts, nello specifico all'interno del mondo circense, per il Master in "Performing Arts Medicine" dell'Università Niccolò Cusano di Roma.
La compilazione del questionario è indirizzata ad un pubblico di artisti professionisti, per cui se ne fai parte ti chiedo gentilmente di dedicarmi e dedicarti una decina di minuti, nella speranza che il tuo contributo posso aiutarci a migliorare e ad aumentare la qualità delle cure che riceverai. La prevenzione all'interno delle discipline circensi è ancora poco sviluppata e spero con il tuo aiuto di poter fornire un supporto sempre maggiore e specifico a tutte le necessità di questa bellissima forma d'arte.

🇬🇧 Pay attention, please. According to Italian law, Equipollenza of an University Title is different from Equivalenza. There is an imperative need that our Italian University gives its authorization before your enrollment to the Master's Degree in "PERFORMING ARTS MEDICINE" because Cusano University, Italy has to accept your Diploma or Bachelor etc. before. This means that you need only an Equipollenza (that, however, is ONLY valid for your enrollment to this Master). Very easy to ask for it (via the UniCusano website) and to try to have it; you have not to have a definitive Equivalenza (that would be a long and difficult different action). This is not a Law written by us, of course. We attach the link to the Government's official page if you still have doubts. It is in Italian, but surely you can understand everything. Thanks a lot everyone.

🇫🇷 Faites attention s'il vous plaît. Selon la loi italienne, l'équipollenza d'un titre universitaire est différente de l'équivalenza. Il est impératif que notre université italienne donne son autorisation avant votre inscription au Master en "MÉDECINE DES ARTS ET DU SPECTACLE VIVANT" car l'Université "Cusano", en Italie, doit accepter votre diplôme ou votre baccalauréat, etc. avant. Cela signifie que vous n'avez besoin que d'une Equipollenza (qui n'est cependant valable QUE pour votre inscription à ce Master). Très simple de la demander (via le site UniCusano) et d'essayer de l'avoir ; il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir une Equivalenza définitive (ce serait une action différente : longue et difficile). Ce n’est bien sûr pas une loi écrite par nous. Voilà le lien vers la page officielle du Gouvernement, à voir si vous avez encore des doutes. C'est en italien, mais vous pouvez sûrement tout comprendre. Merci beaucoup à tous.

Existe una necesidad imperativa de que nuestra Universidad Italiana dé su autorización antes de su inscripción a la Master en "MEDICINA DE LAS ARTES ESCÉNICAS" porque la Universidad "Cusano", Italia, tiene que aceptar su Diploma o Licenciatura, etc. antes. Esto significa que sólo necesitas una Equipollenza (que, sin embargo, SÓLO es válida para tu inscripción a este Máster). Es muy fácil pedirlo (a través del sitio web de UniCusano) e intentar conseguirlo; no hay que tener una Equivalenza definitiva (esa sería una acción distinta, larga y difícil). Esta no es una Ley escrita por nosotros, por supuesto. Os adjunto el enlace a la página oficial del Gobierno por si aún tenéis dudas. Está en italiano, pero seguro que lo entiendes todo. I titoli accademici di studio stranieri non hanno valore legale in Italia, pertanto - qualora debbano essere utilizzati nel nostro paese in vari ambiti - è necessario chiederne il riconoscimento. Le forme di riconoscimento seguono la procedura di equipollenza e di equivalenza.

A wonderful super-news. Cusano University (I mean my Italian one) just authorized this opportunity for foreign scholars (and voice, dance, music, circus teachers) who want to attend the Master's Degree in "Performing Arts Medicine" or/and the VET in "Athletology according to Performing Arts Medicine". You have to study the video-pre-recorded lessons (and also the in-presence 3days) in Italian BUT, urrah!, you can have your final Thesis and your final Discussion in Rome (or online) IN ENGLISH. Share the information with your teachers or students, please.
