SPIRAL SMOOTHBORE (SURGICAL SMOKE EVACUATION SYSTEMS - NON INVASIVE VENTILATION) EXTRUSION LINES

Our extrusion lines are designed for the production of smoothbore spiral medical tubes with rigid or semi-rigid spirals, compatible with multiple polymers including PVC, EVA, PE, PP, Metallocene, and POP.

🛠️ Available with one or two extruders (TM35, TM 45 or TM 60 series), each line includes a stainless steel water tank with a dedicated drying system, featuring a closed-loop water circuit to avoid contamination (chiller as option).
⚡ High-speed cutting unit with discharge table is standard. Production speed: up to 10 m/min (multi-strands).

🔬 A dedicated version is available for surgical smoke evacuation systems, featuring in-line automation to create spiral tubing with a smooth internal surface and cuffed ends.

Our TM30/30 HP is designed to deliver high output with significantly lower energy consumption.
It processes up to 55 kg/h of plasticized PVC with exceptional efficiency:

We’re proud to announce the successful installation and start-up of a new medical microtubing extrusion line, fully designed and built by Tecno System S.r.l.
In this video, you can see the extrusion of a PA 11 microtube with:

📏 Outer diameter: 0.75 mm
⚙️ Required tolerance: ±0.015 mm
🔹 Excellent ovality and remarkable dimensional stability — with in-line values even below the specified tolerance range.

Although this test features PA 11, the line is engineered to process a wide selection of advanced technopolymers, ensuring flexibility, repeatability, and micrometric accuracy across various medical applications.
Another achievement that reinforces Tecno System’s role as a trusted partner for precision extrusion technology.
