Here, coffee isn’t a flavor.
It’s a technical ingredient.
The Recipe
Ingredients
50 ml vodka
20 ml freshly extracted espresso
20 ml coffee liqueur (optional)
10 ml sugar syrup (optional)
Coffee beans, for garnish
Sugar Syrup
50 g water
100 g sugar
(Bring the water to a boil, add the sugar, stir, and let cool.)
Preparation
Pour the vodka and coffee liqueur (if used) into a shaker, then add the espresso and sugar syrup. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with coffee beans. The profile is bold: bitter coffee notes, balanced sweetness, and body provided by the vodka.
👉 The secret isn’t in the shaker—it’s in the espresso.
With a Dalla Corte professional coffee machine, coffee leaves the cup and becomes part of the experience.
