Siamo felicissimi di annunciare il PRIMO Rocket Yoga Teacher Training in Umbria ! che si terrà presso lo studio Levante Yoga Flow!
A guidarlo sarà l’incredibile Ambra Vallo, che ormai fa parte della nostra famiglia.
Un percorso formativo di 50 ore, aperto a tutti gli insegnanti certificati che vogliono esplorare questo stile dinamico e trasformativo.

Abbiamo salutato il 2025 tra piegamenti, sorrisi sudati e tappetini pieni di intenzioni.
Ora siamo pronti al 2026 con il cuore aperto, i muscoli caldi e la mente centrata.

Che questo nuovo anno ci trovi più presenti che perfetti, più flessibili dentro che fuori.
Continueremo a cadere, a ridere, a respirare , insieme.
E se serve, anche a rifare savasana fino a capire qualcosa in più.

Buon anno a tutta la nostra meravigliosa community: che il 2026 vi porti forza, leggerezza e tantissimo spazio .

None of them come from dance or gymnastics.
They’re just people who chose to move with awareness.
People with jobs, families some are neo mums with busy lives , but who make space for their practice.
With consistency and self-discipline, they’ve transformed their bodies but most importantly their lives too.
And I couldn’t be prouder of each of them.
The real transformation is the one you can’t see.
And that’s where the magic happens

Three years ago, we opened the doors to something we didn’t fully understand yet.
The name? Picked by my sister randomly .
The logo? Designed by free canva without overthinking it.
There was no big plan , just a quiet but burning desire to share the love I’ve always had for movement.

What started as a dancer’s path simply transformed into something new — into yoga.
Into community.
Into Levante.

Only 3 months after opening , I found out I was pregnant… and I was terrified. I thought everything that I was building might fall apart. I didn’t know if I could keep it all together.
But you all stayed ❤️
And you trusted me. You trusted this place.
And that gave me strength I’ll never forget.

We didn’t imagine this space would become what it is today:
a place where people come to move, to breathe, to grow , to help each other….
and to belong.

What touches me the most is seeing people who had never done yoga before,
now showing up consistently finding strength, balance, softness.
Not just on the mat — but in their lives.
Watching that transformation is the most powerful reminder of why I do what I do.
We are not just building flexibility or strength here.
We’re building trust. Connection and friendship !
We’re remembering what it means to come home to ourselves.

So here’s to Levante !
to all of you who have been a part of this journey from day one, and to those who joined later on , to my amazing family who have been supporting in each step I wanted to take.

Happy birthday Levante!
Let’s keep moving. Always forward, always together!

Another unforgettable weekend just came to an end: our Appointment with is now a special tradition here at our studio. Having her with us is always an honor , every time she teaches, it’s a new discovery, a deeper layer, a spark of inspiration.

Her presence, her knowledge, her energy, it’s something to admire, learn from, and hold close.

Thank you to everyone who joined and filled these two days of Dharma Immersion with intensity, presence and heart.
As a studio, it’s always a joy to host teachers who have so much to offer , and Ambra truly embodies what it means to be a teacher.

Grateful, inspired, and already looking forward to the next one!!
