I’m qualified in reflexology for special needs and cancer care, and also provide holistic massage for deeper balance and comfort. Hi, I’m a certified reflexologist with a deep passion for supporting people’s well-being. My journey began in horticulture, where I developed a strong connection with natural health and care. For the past 18 years, I’ve been working in healthcare as a Health Care Assistant, gaining invaluable experience in supporting individuals through various stages of life. Reflexology is the next chapter in my path — one where I can bring together my practical experience, understanding of the body, and holistic knowledge to help others feel better, naturally. Through this practice, I aim to provide a safe, calming space where clients can relax, restore balance, and support their body’s natural healing process. I’m proud to offer bilingual services in English and Polish, and I look forward to welcoming you to ReflexCare.

Today I completed my exam in Holistic Massage at the Shannon Estuary Way Retreat Centre with my wonderful teacher Rosie.

The last two years have been a path of learning, patience and personal growth. It hasn’t always been easy, especially when learning new skills and techniques, but every step has been worth it.

From working as a Healthcare Assistant to studying reflexology, cancer care reflexology, special needs reflexology, and now holistic massage, my goal has always been the same: to improve the care and wellbeing I can offer to others.

Today I completed my exam in Holistic Massage at the Shannon Estuary Way Retreat Centre with my wonderful teacher Rosie.

A new and exciting chapter for ReflexCare begins! 💚

I’m delighted to share that I am now offering Reflexology and Holistic Massage Therapy in Charleville, Co. Cork, every Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (except when I’m on holidays 😉).

Alongside my core practice, I’m proud to have recently completed Advanced Reflexology training for Special Needs and Cancer Care — expanding my knowledge to support clients with greater sensitivity, compassion, and understanding 🌿💆‍♀️
