Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (revolved side angle pose)

Parivrtta Parsvakonasana is a full-body standing twist. It enhances stability and strength, supports digestion, improves spinal flexibility and can help relieve sciatica. Like all standing poses, it’s a strong antidote to a sedentary lifestyle.

parsva = side/flank
kona = angle
asana = pose
