Tuscan Fitness Health Holidays in Tuscany The teacher training at Tuscan Fitness will be run by Peter Kaaberbol and assisted by Alix Sturgess.

Peter was one of the techers that helped Alix in her love of yoga and teaching. Peter has years of experience in both Yoga and Massage therapy and so is the perfect person for this Teacher Training. The 200 Hour TTC will include a portion of Thai massage so you will not only be certified as a yoga instructor but you will be able to incorprate massage into your healing practices. This course will take place in a beautiful and tranquil location on a stunning proprty that was once a village and has now been refurbished into a resort.

All movements require both flexibility and strength, the combination of strength and flexibility allows for range and stability in our joints.

From sitting to standing is a movement we repeat continuously every day. In order to be able to do this movement comfortably for years to come it needs to be done, through range, with added weight so as to increase both flexibility and muscle strength. The same thing goes for lifting your arms overhead, a movement that we repeat all day, but without added weight we do not maintain the range we need in the shoulders making them weaker and less stable.
