So is it dangerous to pull out 2 wisdom teeth at the same time? First, this does not affect the patient's health at all. Not only that, removing 2 wisdom teeth at the same time also saves a lot of time for traveling, moving.

..this was the start of one of our blogposts, adding some more thoughts in this very old and still very vibrant discussion. What is new however is that I was recently informed that our article is now used by Google search as the "definition" of this discussion. So if you google "bone level vs tissue level implant" you will get a framed quote from this blogpost as "featured snippet" on the top of Google search. This is purely organic and reflects how the search algorithm attempts to suggest a link which will help people more easily to discover what they’re seeking.

Of course, this doesn't mean what I think is right, but it does certainly reflect the interest that you have shown to this article, which has been read by more than 20,000 of colleagues since posted. For their interest I am very honored and very thankful.
