Our Story

Owner and Bikram yoga teacher Sheelagh O'Connor-Deri opened her Bikram Yoga Studio in Luxembourg, in September 2014. Five years on we have built a wonderful community of Wellness. Bikram yoga is accessible to everybody - old, young, sick, healthy, angry, happy, lonely, able and disabled bodies. We want to help you to be the best possible version of yourself. Everyone deserves that. Come along and see for yourself, care for yourself.

Our studio has the latest heat, humidy and airflow systems available. We have showers, changing facilities & a chill room where you can grab a cup of herbal tea, coconut waters, water. We sell our logo products, towels and mats, plus yoga wear. There is plenty of available parking and we are just a 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop.
