I also hold a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and am passionate about Science, particularly biology. I hold 1:1 and group healing spaces online and offline, workshops and retreats. My approach to Healing is HOLISTIC and very grounded, addressing all 5 BODIES to restore health and wellbeing: physical, emotional, mental, energetic & spirtitual bodies.

I just came back from a week in Austria, visiting my family.

Going back always means confronting an old chapter of my life: my university years, my scientific-research career, the city lifestyle… and all the toxic family patterns I used to be unaware of.

There’s so much I could say about the shift from living in the hamster wheel to carving a life that feels truly fulfilling.

But my reflection these days goes somewhere else.

It goes to the painful realization that the land I come from (on my mum's side) carries sorrow, heaviness and some degree of cold-heartedness.

The land, my bloodline, and the collective consciousness of this country feel very heavy to me.

This time I felt a strong energetic mismatch with the place and the people—and for the first time, my heart was breaking because of it.

I had never empathized so deeply.

I had never felt so much compassion.

For days I kept asking:
How can I help? How can I bring light here? How can I awaken hope and love in these hearts? How can I support my land?

Nothing came.
I even tried reaching out to the local healers community… Nothing.

Until I realized:

I BRING HEALING JUST BY BEING.✨

My presence on that land was healing on many levels—
🔥 for my ancestors,
carrying the wounds of Austria’s dark history,
🔥 for the land that witnessed atrocities,
🔥 for my family still caught in detrimental ways of living,
🔥 And for myself, because my heart opened wider than ever.

I was there, holding my flame.

Holding my lantern of Hope and Love.💗

Unable to take practical action,
yet consciously weaving a Light-Grid around the city.

Sending prayers and healing everywhere I set foot.
Working intensively with my spirit guides, the Light beings & angelic realms🪽

This vulnerable share is a reminder to you & to myself:

WE ARE THE HEALING OUR ANCESTORS PRAYED FOR.🫂

We are the Light bearers.

We embody the new ways, by standing in right relations with the land and with all people.

We are living examples.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Breathe… and let that sink in.

Life on Earth in 2025 is a contradictory experience: while many are waking up and engaging in regenerative practices, separation, destruction and conflicts are still a reality.

In times of "us vs. them" narratives, we need to come together and remember we are all one humankind!

We need compassion, community, a sense of common belonging to the beautiful planet we inhabit, a renewed sense of sistership and brotherhood with one another!

In our upcoming 1-DAY ONLINE WORKHOP you will experience a condensed version of the whole Work That Reconnects spiral process:

Halloween has been my favourite festivity since childhood.

When I was a young teenager I was obsessed with witchcraft, Wicca & Magic.

Looking back now, I see the power of the witch ceremonies the 12-year-old me was holding as a game
with other kids at our Halloween home parties.🎃

They were in truth real RITUALS.
There was a sacredness and seriousness
in collecting natural elements,
calling in the 4 directions,
clearing energies with kitchen salt
and sitting in circle.

In what seemed just childish games (meticulously copied from some Wicca teenage novels I was reading),
I recognize the seeds of the energy work I do now.

My parents back then got scared because I was so passionate about witchcraft,
so they recommended I stop reading those books.
And I did. Because I was a good and obedient girl.

Sometimes I ask myself how my life would have evolved if I'd cultivated that deep spiritual side of me already back then.

And while I don’t have a clear scenario in my head,
I can see that whatever path I would have taken,
it would have led me eventually where I am now:

Reconnecting with lost Ancestral Wisdom. 🗿
Working with the Land,
Remembering old forgotten Medicine.
Reclaiming my wild power.🔥

Even after having found my path in Shamanism in recent years, my exploration is ongoing.

Open for the new and burning for a deep sense of SPIRITUALITY that takes inspiration from various traditions and disciplines and is not bound to just one of them.

One widely accepted concept that truly resonates is the CYCLICAL NATURE of life.

With its acknowledgement comes the need to honor & celebrate each season of the year and the portals in between them. 🌀

Halloween (Samhain in the Celtic Wheel)
has always been and remains my favourite one.

Perhaps cause I love autumn. 🍂
Perhaps cause it reminds me of my childhood passion for witches.🧙🏻
Perhaps because it reawakens old memories from past lives.

Either way, I love how I feel during this time of the year.

If you know me, you know how much I love
the ECOVILLAGE movement. 🌈

In August I attended my 5th European Ecovillage Gathering (GEN Gathering), in Manas Garden, Hungary.

It was a very special one, celebrating the 30th anniversary of GEN! 🎂

As usual, hundreds of people from all around the globe, active in a variety of fields around community living and sustainability gathered to exchange knowledge, best practices, inspiration and weave even stronger connections and collaborations. 🌱

Since my first gathering in 2019, I have been witnessing this network grow stronger and stronger every year.

I am so grateful and proud to be part of the GEN family❤️

One of my tasks is to bring the voice of the Community of Living Ethics (where I live) to this broad network, as well as bringing back home impulses from other communities.

The GEN network is not made by a bunch of hippies escaping society and hiding in the woods.

It's made by people who are commited to experimenting with new societal models, pioneering in the areas of environmental sustainability, social justice, new economic systems, new education systems, and much more.
It truly addresses every topic I deeply care for.

From permaculture experts, to human rights activists, to enlightened entrepreneurs and visionaries building bridges into the mainstream society, collaborating with Universities and Institutions.

We are changing the world from within, bit by bit.

This is why I fall in love with GEN again and again every year.
