SAVE this Cooking for Two Crockpot recipe 🌶️ Cheesy BBQ Ranch Quesadillas

To a crockpot add:

2 packages boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins OR 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Shake on some dry Ranch seasoning. (Or substitute onion powder and garlic powder)

Then top with half the bottle of G Hughes Sugar Free Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce (or bbq sauce of your choice)

Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred with two forks when done.

Heat a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil and a pat of butter. When heated, add two low carb tortillas. Add shredded and cooked bbq chicken and shredded pepper jack cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and tortillas are browned.

Add a side salad 🥗 and enjoy! Makes enough for leftovers too.

That vacation is coming up and you’re eating clean to lose the puffy belly so your clothes and swimsuit fit 🙏

But when the peri and meno chaos is happening, that can be tough, and many women find themselves with pre diabetes and stored belly fat - that was me!

Your Easter dinner doesn’t have to mean blood sugar chaos, here’s the simple strategy I’m following 👇

🍗 build a balanced plate- always have protein, fiber and healthy fat as the biggest part of your plate - think meat, vegetables, salad - eat that first and then enjoy the roll and dessert

👟 go for a walk after- 10 minutes of movement after Easter brunch, lunch or dinner is where the magic happens. Don’t eat and sit, even doing a few squats or just moving about the kitchen and house helps!

If you’re trying to lose belly fat and lower your blood sugar, the answer isn’t cutting everything out… it’s replacing smarter.

⭐️Instead of white rice → try cauliflower rice or lupin rice

⭐️Instead of sweetened yogurt → go plain and add berries

⭐️Instead of fruit juice → eat whole fruit with some nuts

⭐️Instead of cereal → choose eggs and veggies

⭐️Instead of regular crackers → swap for high fiber options or veggies with hummus

⭐️And instead of sugary dressings → use olive oil, lemon, and salt

Grandmas, SAVE and SEND this fun snack for your grands’ Easter basket! 🐰

My toddler grand babies don’t eat candy yet so I brought them this crunchy mix 🍓

Bunny 🐰 Trail Mix:

🍓Strawberry banana Cheerios
🍌 Ge**er Puffs banana flavor
🫐 Parent’s Choice Yogurt melts in Mixed Berry and Strawberry flavor
🍓Freeze dried strawberries

Combine in a Ziplock back then store in an airtight container or put in individual treat bags! 🐣 🧺 💐
