Our lemon peels come from the sun drenched lands of Sicily, an island where this citrus fruit has been cultivated since the 9th century. Here, an extraordinary microclimate, shaped by rich volcanic soils, gentle sea breezes, and intense sunlight, creates the ideal environment for fruit with an unmistakable character.

Each peel holds the essence of the Sicilian sun: a vivid yellow hue, filled with energy and fragrance. During the milling process, its precious essential oil blends harmoniously with extra virgin olive oil, creating a natural and perfect fusion.
