Beginning this year, he will lead the culinary direction of our restaurants 'Magnolia' and 'Il Pescatore'.

The hotel’s roots date back to the 18th century, when the land belonged to the Habsburgs family.

At that time, it was a quiet agricultural landscape, recorded as a collection of fields and modest buildings. In 1888 a cadastral survey identified the
initial buildings that would evolve into the Hotel Pension Fasano.

A few years later, in 1903, the hotel assumed its imposing form, a design that would last until 1962 when it officially became known as the Grand Hotel Fasano.

After a short pause for the festivities, the Grand Hotel Fasano has resumed its activities and is already preparing for the 2026 season.

We are planning numerous new initiatives and a long calendar of events. We are looking forward to welcoming you back this Spring.
