EMG Without Pain is an advanced course dedicated to patient-centered pain management in needle EMG.

Through an international scientific program and hands-on workshops, the course explores evidence-based and practical strategies to reduce patient discomfort, with the goal of improving both the quality of EMG examinations and the overall patient experience.

The event, “CME & UEMS–EACCME®️ Meeting – EMG WITHOUT PAIN”, has requested Italian (CME) and European (EACCME) accreditation. The number of credits is currently pending approval.

The scientific program of the CME & UEMS–EACCME accredited course EMG Without Pain, awarding 14.3 ECM credits, is now available.

Taking place in Genoa, the course will be led by internationally recognized experts in clinical neurophysiology and will offer an in-depth exploration of patient-centered needle EMG. The program addresses pain mechanisms, less traumatic techniques, pediatric and sensitive-area examinations, nerve ultrasound, and the role of communication and safety in enhancing both examination quality and patient experience.

Bringing together distinguished speakers from across Europe, the course represents a valuable opportunity for advanced scientific exchange and clinical training.
