Mr. Dimitrios Kefalas is a lead physiologist in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM).
In his daily practice, he supports complex brain and spinal procedures, having monitored and/or supervised more than 3,500 surgeries over the last two decades.

Dedicated to improving surgical outcomes through advanced IONM techniques, he will share practical strategies to optimise signal quality and enhance accuracy during surgery.

Beyond the operating room, Mr. Kefalas is an active contributor to the global IONM community, engaging in invited lectures, training, and journal peer reviews.
