Today I drove 80 km just to spend a few hours with someone I missed so much while abroad and honestly, it reminded me of something so simple and so easy to forget: do the things your heart pulls you toward.

We stay busy, we chase deadlines, we run from one responsibility to the next… and in the middle of all that, the essential things quietly wait for us to notice them again. We get so wrapped up in schedules, responsibilities, and all the “must-dos” that we start treating joy like a luxury… when it’s actually essential.

Sometimes the most powerful choice is the one that doesn’t make “sense” on paper but feels right in your chest. Go see that person. Take that walk. Drink that coffee slowly. Say yes to moments that make you feel alive.

Life isn’t meant to be only about chores and checklists, it’s also meant to be felt, tasted, shared.
Start choosing the things that light you up. Start choosing you.

That’s real life.

It’s not about chasing perfection. It’s about learning to listen.

My Story

Hi everyone!

My name is Luiza and I am glad to meet you here. I love to travel all over the world, to discover new places and to connect with beautiful souls. And yoga means union, right?

I have been practicing yoga since 2016 and from curiosity to real addiction was just a step. After 10 years working in financial environment I decided I needed a change. I wanted to fell/be free, to enjoy for real my life, to be myself. I realized that I am not living at all if I don’t love what I do, if I don’t travel, if I don’t meet other lovely beings, if I don’t spend time in nature and connect to myself.

Therefore, this is how the new travel began. I certified as a Yoga teacher and here I am. My yoga classes embrace physical, mental and spiritual practice and they are suitable for all levels. We will focus on boosting your metabolism, rebalancing, centering and strengthening your body and mind to be ready to tackle anything that comes your way through the day.
