🇮🇹 ⚽️ Accademia Portieri Napoli questo weekend ha riunito giovani portieri dell’area di Napoli 🇮🇹. L’allenamento di sabato e domenica, dalle 10:00 alle 16:00, ha richiesto molta sisu e resilienza al nostro portiere di 9 anni 🇫🇮🇬🇧, ma si è divertito ad ogni minuto 💪🏻. Siamo così fortunati a vivere a Napoli - la città dove il calcio è sempre presente ⚽️

🇬🇧 ⚽️ Goal Keeping Academy (Accademia Portieri Napoli) this weekend united young goalkeepers across the Naples area 🇮🇹. Saturday & Sunday training, from 10:00 until 16:00, took a lot of sisu and resilience from our 9-year-old 🇫🇮🇬🇧 goalkeeper, but he loved every minute of it 💪🏻. We are so lucky to live in Naples - the city where football is always on ⚽️

Xmas Day in Naples 🌊🎄
I went into the sea with the little man and friends. I was so happy and proud to have him join in 💪🏻
Mental resilience is about choosing small challenges, showing up consistently, and growing stronger together.

Happy Festive Season! I encourage you to stick into those good little habbits supporting you. Our 3 minute morning foam rolling is so short and useful that we can stick into it despite all the temptations of the festive season. Foam rolling wakes the body up, improves range of motion and prepares for movement. Remember not to roll over joints such as ankles, behind knee and neck ♥️🙏🏻

Christina Bohane is an experienced Personal Trainer. Growing up in Finland by the edge of the forest inspired in her a love of fitness and the outdoors.
Just being in better shape makes everyday activities more enjoyable: Taking a measured “little but often” approach, Christina offers exercise plans – for all ages and abilities - to help you achieve your goals even when life itself is hectic.
Perhaps you would just like to tone up? Christina has a special interest in strength and conditioning. Simple exercises using kettlebells can be the perfect answer if you like to work out in a small space, for example, at home.
We all know the importance of core strength. For Christina, who was diagnosed with scoliosis as a teenager, this has been a lifelong passion after her doctor advised: “Build your own corset with muscle and you will be OK”. Each client has different goals, and Christina will help you understand what you can achieve.

“Sisu” is a Finnish word, a Nordic cultural concept not translated easily: broadly it means energy, a sense of purpose, and vitality. It embodies being determined, brave, fearless and persevering when the odds are against you. When exercising you can practice your own "Sisu" by doing a bit extra each time, pushing your limits to learn what helps you over the finish line and lets you see your challenges as opportunities.
