🌍 EVERY LANGUAGE IS A WINDOW TO THE WORLD 🌍

On February 21st, on the occasion of International and within the TALES Project Erasmus+, we invite you to celebrate with us by creating a collective painting artwork, in (Italy). ✨
But why is this date so important? It is not just a celebration — it is a tribute to our deepest identity.
Here are 3 things you (maybe) didn’t know about this day:

📍 Roots of courage: The date commemorates February 21, 1952, when several students in Dhaka sacrificed their lives to defend the right to speak their own language, Bengali.

🛡️ A heritage at risk: According to UNESCO, nearly 40% of the world’s population cannot study in their mother tongue. Protecting a language means protecting a culture.

❤️ The language of the heart: Our mother tongue is the language we dream in, love in, and use to name our emotions. It is our strongest connection to our roots.
In an increasingly global world, diversity is our greatest wealth.

🤩✨We are excited to announce that the training program on the art-therapeutic approach to trauma related to gender-based violence is about to begin!
These inspiring training days will combine theory and practice and will be developed in collaboration with local organizations in (Italy), aiming to create meaningful and effective tools for support, empowerment, and healing.

We are especially proud to collaborate with the Dionysos Dance School, for explore dance and movement as powerful tools for emotional expression and transformation.

EN - ✨We are happy to share an important milestone: the first “TALES Women Circle” in Italy, created through the collaboration between Associazione La Città del Sole Locri and the Scuola Romana di Psicoterapia Familiare – Crotone branch.
An intense and authentic meeting, a safe space for listening, dialogue, and connection among women and men, guided by professional expertise and a shared vision of emotional and relational well-being.
We deeply believe in the value of the circle as a place of care, growth, and awareness, and this collaboration represents a meaningful step for us in building ever deeper and more inclusive pathways. 💫

Siamo felici di condividere un momento importante: il primo "TALES Women Circle" in Italia, realizzato in collaborazione tra La Associazione La città del sole Locri e la Scuola Romana di Psicoterapia Familiare, sede di Crotone.
Un incontro intenso e autentico, uno spazio sicuro di ascolto, confronto e connessione tra donne e uomini, guidato da competenze professionali e da una visione condivisa del benessere emotivo e relazionale. Crediamo profondamente nel valore del cerchio come luogo di cura, crescita e consapevolezza, e questa collaborazione rappresenta per noi un passo significativo nel costruire percorsi sempre più profondi e inclusivi.

💜 Elindult az Újrakezdők női csoport – a TALES projekt keretében 💜
Január 14-én megtartottuk az Újrakezdők női csoport első alkalmát.
A hatrészes folyamat nyitó találkozóján 9 bátor és inspiráló nő vett részt, akik megélhették a kapcsolódás örömét, a biztonságos tér erejét, és a csoporton keresztül megtapasztalhatták saját belső erőforrásaikat és a szabad önkifejezést.
A következő fél évben még öt alkalommal találkozunk, amit – a visszajelzések alapján – mindenki nagy várakozással és örömmel tekint előre. 💫
A havi női köröket Anita Gergely és Karlócai Beatrix, az Origo Workshop mentálhigiénés szakemberei vezetik.
A folyamat célja nemcsak a támogatás és gyógyulás, hanem olyan irányelvek és eszközök közös kidolgozása, amelyek hosszú távon is segítik a nők önfenntartható megerősödését – különösen bántalmazás, társadalmi egyenlőtlenség vagy krízishelyzet után.
✨ A TALES projekt következő állomása február végén Calabria, Locri,
ahol nemzetközi partnerekkel közösen dolgozunk:
– a TALES multimodális művészeti kártyákon,
– valamint a Tara AI etikus és biztonságos használatán, amely fiatalokkal és traumával dolgozó ifjúsági szakembereket támogat.
Hiszünk abban, hogy a gyógyulás közösségben történik,
és hogy a nők történeteinek meghallása társadalmi változást indít el. 🌱

🌟 The TALES Project: Three Key Events You Can’t Miss! 🌟

The TALES project is shaping meaningful experiences across Italy and Hungary with three major initiatives:

1️⃣ Monthly Women’s Circles – Empowering gatherings in Locride, Calabria (Italy) and Budapest, Hungary, fostering community, support, and connection.

2️⃣ Intensive Course for Social and Youth Workers – Held in Locri, Calabria, this course focuses on inclusive educational and rehabilitation techniques, promoting well-being through the Marchio Patti Art Therapeutic Method. 17-21 February 2026

3️⃣ Seminar Days in Budapest – Dedicated to supportive methodologies for traumatic situations, including addressing gender-based abuse, offering practical tools and approaches for professionals. July 2026
