🎧 Welttag des Hörens 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 3. März

The theme chosen for 2026 by the World Health Organization is clear and urgent:
“𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀: 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻”

(𝘍𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮𝘴: 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯)

👉 Oltre 𝟵𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗱𝗶 𝗯𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶 nel mondo vivono con una perdita dell’udito.

𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲 👂 𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝘀𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮: la 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝟯𝗗 in 3️⃣ passaggi.

Dall’inizio degli anni 2000, la modellazione e la stampa 3D di auricolari personalizzati sono diventate una 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘰.
Con oltre 25 anni di sviluppo ed esperienza, queste tecniche hanno raggiunto 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶 e, allo stesso tempo, si sono rese 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶 anche alle realtà più piccole.
Oggi un centro acustico può 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘳𝘦, 𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 3D 𝘢𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘪 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘪 𝘮𝘰𝘭𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪, con costi contenuti e risultati di alta qualità.

In questa serie daremo una rapida occhiata 👀 alle diverse fasi della produzione 3D:

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲 1️⃣ – 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝟯𝗗

Il processo inizia da un 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗵 3D, importato in un software di modellazione (tra i più diffusi quelli di Cyfex AG o 3Shape). Da qui viene 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗹'𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲 su misura in base alle esigenze specifiche. Parametri come forma, dimensione della ventilazione, tubicino, RIC e materiale di stampa vengono definiti nella fase di progettazione iniziale, durante la creazione di una 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘻𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘻𝘻𝘢.
Successivamente, 𝘪𝘭 𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰 𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘰 per 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 alle necessità funzionali o alle preferenze personali.

Negli ultimi anni, aziende come H3D hanno inoltre 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶 𝗱𝗶 𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗹’𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗲 🤖, rendendo la modellazione ancora più 𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘥𝘢 𝘦𝘥 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦.

𝗠𝗮ß𝗴𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘁𝗲 𝗢𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗻👂 erstellen: 3D-Produktion in 3️⃣ Schritten.

Seit Beginn des 21. Jahrhunderts wird 3D Modellierung dun -druck bei der Herstellung von 𝗺𝗮ß𝗴𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝗵𝗿𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 als Standard in der Hörsystemindustrie verwendet. Nach über 2️⃣ 5️⃣ Jahren Entwicklung ermöglicht der 3D-Druck und das 3D-Modellieren heute ein 𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼ß𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, ist aber mittlerweile auch so 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗴ü𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴 (𝗯𝗲𝗶 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘁𝘇𝗱𝗲𝗺 𝗵𝗼𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁ä𝘁), dass auch einzelne Fachgeschäfte selbst diese Produktionstechnik benutzen können.

In dieser Beitragsserie werden wir den 3D-Herstellungsprozess genauer betrachten: 𝗧𝗲𝗶𝗹 1️⃣ : 𝟯𝗗 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴

Ausgehend von einem 𝟯𝗗 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗵-𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗶 wird in der Modellierungs-Software (z.b. die Produkte von 3Shape und Cyfex AG) die gewünschte Otoplastik erstellt. Alle 𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻 werden in der Software eingegenen (Form/Belüftung/Schallschlauch/Hörerhalterung/Druckmaterial/...). Diese erstellt in der Folge eine Startkonstruktion. Die Konstruktion kann dann nach 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀ö𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗪ü𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 angepasst werden.

In den letzten Jahren haben auch Firmen wie den Modellierungsworkflow mithilfe von KI 🤖 automatisiert und das Modellieren beschleunigt.

Creating 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 👂 𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀: 3D manufacturing in 3️⃣ steps.

Since the beginning of the current century, 3D modelling and printing of 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 has been integral part of the hearing health industry. With over 2️⃣ 5️⃣ years of development and use, today 3D modelling and printing has not only evolved to 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 standards, but has also 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 that small hearinghealth clinics or dispensing shops are able to 3D scan, model and print in a 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆!

Starting from a 𝟯𝗗 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 in the 3D modelling software (most popular are products from Cyfex AG or 3Shape) you will create your custom ear mold according to your need. All the details like shape/vent size/tubing/RIC/print material will taken into account while creating a first rough construction. Then you manually adjust the model to your 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

In the last years, companies like H3D have also automated the workflow with AI 🤖 to simpify and accelerate the modelling.
