EMBODIMENT
How often do you allow yourself to be with the feelings that are arising? Most of us will do what we can to avoid feeling what's there to be felt. EVEN the good feelings. Yet, the most powerful form of healing comes through learning how to be with the full spectrum of SELF without judgment, without attachment.
If we are numb, disconnected, overwhelmed, frozen or in avoidance to life, we are not operating from the fullness of our capacity.
When we are not operating from the fullness of our capacity, it feels very hard to trust ourselves, to know ourselves, to love ourselves and to take action that is aligned with our highest good.❤️
