Today, design plays a key role in creating environments that support people beyond functionality, reflecting organisational values through space.
The new weleda_italia headquarters in Milan, designed and realized by Progetto Design & Build, translates this perspective through spatial and architectural choices aligned with the brand’s identity.

“One Group, One Space” reflects Tinexta’s new approach to integration and shared identity.
The Roman headquarters translates this vision into space, creating a workplace that connects people, strengthens group identity and supports collaboration across different functions.
The project was developed and delivered thanks to the synergy between three companies within the group-progettocmr, Progetto Design & Build, and InFire-through an integrated approach to workplace, brand, and space.

The new Weleda Italy headquarters in Milan is a place where design, identity, and well-being naturally come together.
The Progetto Design & Build team has created a space that deeply reflects the essence of Weleda: the harmonious relationship between people and nature.
Fluid forms, botanical-inspired colours, and integrated greenery give shape to the concept of “Natural Harmony.”
The result is a workplace that translates the values of a brand with over 100 years of history into architecture—a brand now undergoing a significant renewal. It is an environment designed to connect people, innovation, and sustainability through bespoke solutions and a design approach focused on everyday well-being.
