SELFCARE.......
Why selfcare?Well,how we take care of ourselves,directly relates to how present we can be and how well we are capable of helping family and friends or as a therapist,helping your clients.
Selfcare is something that very few healthcare providers are good in.(wounded healer syndrome)?
It is important to giving myself permission to practice self care on a regular schedule.Often we are so busy with taking care of so many important things,that we forget to really take care of the self.Lets enjoy it while doing so.
We take care of ourselves:
-Because we can track our body(muscletone,skintexture,aches,etc)
-Because we can feel our needs of this moment
-Because it will calm us down
-Because we can deeply connect to ourself
-Because it keeps us young
-Because we can generate new strength
-Because we feel we are worth it
-Because self care is the healthy intelligent thing to do.
Nature can give so much to us,but we need to take the time to go there.Walking in a forest or swimming in a river or sea,all this does not cost any money,just time,time we often think,we do not have........
Take the time right now,enjoy.........
