Anche quest'anno saremo presenti alla Productronica di Monaco di Baviera, la fiera leader mondiale per lo sviluppo e la produzione di elettronica, dal 18 al 21 novembre.

Esporremo la nostra linea di utensili manuali professionali per ogni possibile lavoro in elettronica! Dal 1979 la più ampia gamma disponibile sul mercato.
Saranno esposte anche le nostre soluzioni per la depanellizzazione, incluso il nostro brevettato DPF300, progettato per soddisfare le esigenze di prototipazione e piccola produzione, offrendo la stessa precisione di un router e la flessibilità di un utensile manuale.

46 anni!!! Piergiacomi Sud nasce nel 1979 come uno dei primi produttori al mondo di utensili manuali specifici per l'industria elettronica. Prima di allora, con l'avvento dell'elettronica, gli utensili forgiati iniziarono ad essere importati dalla Scandinavia, dalla Germania e dalla Svizzera, ma questi strumenti erano troppo pesanti e non adatti a lavorazioni più delicate. Per questo motivo, nel 1979, i fondatori, due fratelli già coinvolti nella conduzione dell'azienda di famiglia fondata dal nonno Ubaldo Piergiacomi nel lontano 1923, decisero di costruire strumenti più leggeri, più piccoli e meno costosi, appositamente concepiti e progettati per il lavoro in elettronica: degli utensili stampati in acciaio al carbonio. Da allora la gamma, esportata in più di 50 paesi, si è evoluta e specializzata a tal punto da comprendere oggi 400 diversi utensili specifici per ogni possibile lavoro nel campo dell'assemblaggio elettronico e non solo. 46 years!!!! Piergiacomi Sud was founded in 1979 as one of the world’s first manufacturers of specific hand tools for the electronics industry. Before that, with the advent of electronics, forged tools began to be imported from Scandinavia, Germany and Switzerland, but these tools were too heavy and not suitable for more delicate processes. For this reason, in 1979, the founders, two brothers who were already involved in running the family business established by their grandfather Ubaldo Piergiacomi back in 1923, decided to build lighter, smaller and less expensive tools, specifically conceived and designed for the work involved in electronics: the carbon steel stamped tools. Since then the range, exported to more than 50 countries, has evolved and specialised so much that now it includes 400 different specific tools for every possible job in the field of electronic assembly and not only for this. What's next? New projects coming soon...work in progress!

Tutti conoscono Piergiacomi come leader mondiale nella produzione di utensili manuali per l'elettronica, ma sapevate che negli anni abbiamo sviluppato pinze per pochi altri mercati? Ad esempio abbiamo ideato e realizzato una serie di pinze per la gioielleria! Oggi parliamo di una pinza punzonatrice per fori in metalli duttili (rame, oro, argento, sterling, ottone). Crea un foro pulito, lasciando la superficie liscia e priva di ammaccature. Fornito con un perno di ricambio. Non adatto per la foratura di metalli duri come l'acciaio inossidabile.

Everybody knows Piergiacomi as a worldwide leader manufacturer of hand tools for the electronics but did you know that in years we developed pliers for few other markets? For instance we conceived and realized a series of pliers for the Jewelry! Today we talk about a punching pliers for holes in ductile metals (copper, gold, silver, sterling, brass). Creates a clean hole, leaving the surface smooth and dent-free. Supplied with a replacement pin. Not suitable for drilling hard metal sheets such as stainless steel.

Our new x- series, made by stainless steel offers an high resistance to corrosion, is wet resistant and has an high durability. Thanks to its smooth surface, stainless steel, tends to retain polluting impurities in smaller amounts than others so that it is suitable to be used for applications in clean-room, electronics applied to medical industry and fish industry as well.
Available in four models flush cut and 50° flush cut (also in the ESD-safe handles version).
