I got off the hamster wheel — and at first, I felt guilty.
The stress still followed me every day.
“Keep going. Do more. Don’t stop.”
It kept looping in my mind.

But instead of pushing me forward, it just wore me down.

I realized I need time.
Time to move slowly.
To take care of my health.
To find myself again.
To talk to someone who gets it.
