Finally Back!!! Yogalove Girls Milano Villa retreat in thell Villa Galimberti, boutique hotel only 20 km away from Milan. The villa is an excellent example of Italian sophistication with the huge park and 6 double rooms available for our partecipants!

This 3 days retreat is designed to purify and awake the body, senses and enhance the energy. You’ll not recognize your body after! And of course women’s empowerment and feminine Goddesses Circles!

TIMETABLE:
1. ARRIVAL: Friday May 29 :Getting together, Introduction, intense purifying & warming up practice approximately 3h. Check in in villa is 14:00. Yoga Start is 15:00 till 19:0. Dinner after.

2. Saturday May 30: Asana Lab : during the Lab we gonna take a closer look at all postures! Standing, forward bending, backward bending & sun salutes. 2,5 hours in the morning and 2,5-3 hours in the evening. Women’s Circle & Talks in the evening!

3. Sunday May 31: Putting it all together, intense backbending and inverted postures, 2,5 hours in the morning, 2,5-3 hours in the evening. Talks and Meditation at the End!

FOODS:
We have a vegan cook and a massage girl from Marselle, France.

ROOMS:
6 big double rooms are to SHARE. Each room has it’s own bath and toilet.

HOW TO ARRIVE:
If from Milan: Train from Milan Train station Porta Garbaldi goes directly to the villa in 30 mins.
