Tanti mesi di assenza dai social
dovuta ai tanti impegni ma poi scelta
Entrando nell'ascolto non c'era più piacere nel scrivere in questi spazi
Senza ipocrisia i social sono sempre stati un grande mercato più che un luogo di incontro e scambio, ne sono cosciente e anche grazie a ciò ho potuto far conoscere il mio lavoro.
La sensazione però negli ultimi tempi è che siano diventati più che un colorato e chiassoso mercato, uno di quei grandi magazzini intrisi di odore di plastica tossica che vende tutto a 0,99, ma dove i gestori sono robot.
E le parole non trovano spazio in un luogo così, almeno non quelle che richiedono di passare attraverso il setaccio di un cuore umano piuttosto che attraverso chatgp
Ma poi qualche giorno fa, una donna eccezionale che ho il privilegio di accompagnare con la riflessologia, mi ha detto nel bel mezzo di una grande tempesta della sua vita " Voglio riconquistare me stessa" e da quel giorno le sue parole mi hanno ispirata di nuovo.
Scegliersi non è facile, ci vuole un coraggio sfacciato.
Il sistema che ci circonda premia, include e valorizza chi sacrifica il suo bene, e il suo benessere direi, per gli "altri" che siano l'azienda, la famiglia, il lavoro , i figli, o qualunque comunità di appartenenza.
Per l'essere umano che ha memoria ancestrale di come gruppo significhi sopravvivenza, l'esclusione significa morte, una morte sociale oggi forse, ma che ci riporta ugualmente in uno stato di paura e abbandono.
Quindi scegliersi non è facile, affatto.
Ma
È tutto quello che la Vita ti chiede
E quello per cui sei qui
E per cui hai ricevuto doni e capacità
E si, forse dovrai attraversare solitudine e biasimo
È la storia più vecchia del mondo
Dall'omino nella caverna di Platone
Però la luce e i colori della tua vita
sono da sempre lì

Many months of absence from social
due to many commitments, but then choice
Going into listening there was no longer any pleasure in writing in these spaces
Without being hypocritical, social networks have always been a big marketplace rather than a place to meet and exchange, I am aware of this and it is also thanks to this that I have been able to make my work known. The feeling, however, in recent times is that they have become more than a colourful and noisy marketplace, one of those department stores soaked in the smell of toxic plastic that sells everything for 0.99, but where the managers are robots.
And words have no place in such a place, at least not those that require passing through the sieve of a human heart rather than through chatgpt.
But then a few days ago, an exceptional woman whom I have the privilege of accompanying with reflexology, said to me in the midst of a big storm in her life, ‘I want to regain myself’, and since that day, her words have inspired me again.
Choosing oneself is not easy, it takes bravery.
The system that surrounds us rewards, includes and values those who sacrifice their good, and their well-being I would say, for the ‘others’ whether they are the company, the family, the work, the children, or whatever community they belong to.
For the human being who has an ancestral memory of how group means survival, exclusion means death, a social death today perhaps, but one that still brings us back to a state of fear and abandonment.
So choosing oneself is not easy, not at all.
But
It is all that Life asks of you
And what you are here for
And for which you have been given gifts and abilities
And yes, you may have to go through loneliness and blame
It is the oldest story in the world
From Plato's little man in the cave
But just know that the light and colours of your life
have always been there
outside
