Oxfordshire Day Retreat – Saturday 20th June | 10am–5pm
We’ll move through:
– Conscious dance (let go, no choreography, just you)
– Yoga (grounding, steady, supportive)
– Thai massage workshop (learn simple techniques you can actually use)
– Breathwork (to drop you out of your head and into your body)
– Sound healing (deep rest… the kind you don’t get at home)
This is for you if:
You’ve been feeling overwhelmed
You’re constantly “on”
