To be more disciplinated in your workouts try this:
*always have your workout clothes/bag ready for the next day
*do it no matter where you are, there are always items near buy you can include into your workout (see my channel for outdoor fitness inspiration)
*cut out distractions (or do whatever in the rest time, but be there 💯 % during ex*****on)
*eliminate excuses, no matter if your shoes are tight, your tummy hurts, you forgot your headphones at home, you receive an important call, it’s raining, focus!
*remember that slow progress is good, take a deep breath, count to 10 and keep going
*be organized
*have fun and be patient

10 min smooth pace running
50 x walking lunges
50 x burpees
50 x squat jump
