I am Dr. Maria Rosciano, and I would like to share one of the many clinical experiences that truly makes me happy in my work.

In February 2026, I treated a patient with severe pelvic pain and CRPS in the right arm. We carried out two weeks of Scrambler Therapy, combined with ozone injections, targeted spinal treatments, and specialized neuro-rehabilitation physiotherapy support.

The improvement was remarkable: a significant reduction in pain, a decrease in strong pain medications, and a clear enhancement in quality of life. The patient was able to return to daily activities that were previously impossible, such as traveling and caring for her grandson without triggering pain flare-ups.

These results once again confirm how an integrated approach can make a real difference, even after years of suffering.

"I went to Rome again in February 2026 to Dr Maria Rosciano with severe pelvic pain and some CRPS pain in my right arm.
During two weeks of scrambler therapy I also had ozone injections and some spinal injections to treat back pain that Dr Maria found during treating my pelvic pain.
I benefitted enormously from her expertise and the expertise of her colleague ...... who is a very experienced Physiotherapist in neuro rehabilitation.
My pain levels have improved massively as they always do post scrambler therapy. Dr Rosciano also managed to reduce some of my strong painkillers as I improved.
The biggest test for me was looking after my grandson this weekend. I managed to lift him without causing a pain flare and I sat 3 hours in the car each way. This would have been impossible pre scrambler. My mood is much better as is my quality of life.
I remain eternally grateful to Dr Rosciano and the care and expertise she treats me with. She has requested a specific scan that my Doctor in the UK has requested.
I would not hesitate to recommend her if you experience severe pain. She has done more for me than 8 years of NHS treatment could achieve.

As a physician, I treated a patient who had been suffering since January 2024 from herpes zoster affecting the right eye. The condition had caused persistent and intense neuropathic pain, significantly impacting his daily life and overall well-being. When he first came to me, he was extremely tired, discouraged, and struggling to cope with the constant discomfort.

After a thorough evaluation, we decided to begin Scrambler Therapy. I carefully explained how the treatment works and what he could expect from the sessions. From the very beginning, I monitored his progress closely.

Already after the first few sessions, I started to observe a gradual reduction in pain intensity. Session after session, the improvement became more evident. The patient began to feel relief, something he had not experienced in a long time. Alongside the physical improvement, I also noticed a positive change in his mood—he appeared more relaxed, more confident, and more hopeful.

By the end of the treatment cycle, the results were very encouraging. The pain had significantly decreased, and the patient was finally able to return to his normal daily activities without being constantly limited by discomfort.

Seeing his transformation—from months of suffering to a state of relief and satisfaction—was extremely rewarding for me as a doctor. It reinforced my confidence in Scrambler Therapy as an effective, non-invasive option for treating neuropathic pain related to herpes zoster.
