Only three months left until The New Frontiers of Face Lifting 2026 in Rome.

During this edition I will present two techniques that represent the core of my current facial rejuvenation approach: Temporal MORE, recently published in PRS Journal, and my Total SMAS technique, which has become the gold standard in my daily face lifting practice.

1 week after nasal reconstruction.

Today our patient saw her nose for the very first time.

The main challenge in this case was the reconstruction of the nasal tip cartilages, which had been sacrificed during a previous rhinoplasty. Restoring structure and support to the tip was essential to recover both form and function.

Moments like this remind us that reconstructive surgery goes far beyond technique. It is about restoring harmony, identity, and confidence.

Only one week has passed, healing is still in progress, but the emotion of seeing the result for the first time says everything..

Some journeys are built on technique.
The most meaningful ones are built on shared vision, trust, and the privilege of learning from true masters.

The second meeting of this academic year of the International Second-Level University Master in Functional and Aesthetic Surgery of the Nose and Face took place in Turin with two intense and inspiring days at Ospedale Molinette.

A special thank you to Enrico Robotti for performing an outstanding live hybrid rhinoplasty and the use of rib cartilage for complex nose reconstruction and for sharing his current surgical concepts during dedicated masterclasses.

🇬🇧 Today I had the honor of being invited to the Italian national TV program “Mi Manda Rai 3” to discuss the damage caused by silicone injections.

Despite being prohibited, these substances are still used, often leading to severe physical and psychological consequences. A significant part of our daily work is dedicated to removing these materials and helping patients restore function, appearance, and confidence.

Primary septorhinoplasty, 7 months after surgery.

Correction of a deformed nasal pyramid with dorsal deviation and osteocartilaginous hump, associated with a hypertrophic and asymmetric nasal tip.

The surgical goal was to restore structural alignment, improve nasal harmony, and refine tip definition while preserving function and natural proportions.

Seven months later, the result appears balanced, natural, and stable, with progressive refinement of contour and definition, enhancing facial proportions and bringing out the natural beauty of the patient’s face.

Three months after surgery.

Removal of permanent silicone from both the upper and lower lips, with direct external excision on the lower vermilion, combined with lip lifting and fat grafting to restore volume and improve skin quality and texture.

The lip lift was performed to redesign the upper lip and rebalance the distance between the upper lip and the columella, restoring proper proportions and a more youthful perioral harmony.

At the same time, a global facial fat grafting was performed, including cheekbones, upper and lower eyelids, and the nasojugal groove, to rebalance proportions and enhance overall facial harmony with a minimally invasive approach.

At only three months, the scars on the vermilion are already soft, well concealed, and almost invisible, confirming how precise planning and careful tissue handling allow both correction and aesthetic refinement.

Structural correction, volume restoration, and natural healing: all evolving in harmony.
