Three months after surgery.

Removal of permanent silicone from both the upper and lower lips, with direct external excision on the lower vermilion, combined with lip lifting and fat grafting to restore volume and improve skin quality and texture.

The lip lift was performed to redesign the upper lip and rebalance the distance between the upper lip and the columella, restoring proper proportions and a more youthful perioral harmony.

At the same time, a global facial fat grafting was performed, including cheekbones, upper and lower eyelids, and the nasojugal groove, to rebalance proportions and enhance overall facial harmony with a minimally invasive approach.

At only three months, the scars on the vermilion are already soft, well concealed, and almost invisible, confirming how precise planning and careful tissue handling allow both correction and aesthetic refinement.

Structural correction, volume restoration, and natural healing: all evolving in harmony.

Opening the second year of the International Second-Level University Master in Functional and Aesthetic Surgery of the Nose and Face in Turin together with Dr. Yves Saban means exactly this: sharing not only knowledge, but vision, honesty, and a deep mutual respect that grows over time.

Five years after surgery. A long-term result following a comprehensive periorbital rejuvenation approach, combining:

• Upper blepharoplasty
• Temporal MORE® technique
• Dynamic canthopexy
• Periorbital fat grafting

The key concept in this case was restoring support and tension to the lid–cheek junction and lateral canthus without opening the lower eyelid.

Through the Temporal MORE® vector and dynamic canthal support, it was possible to reposition and stabilize the tissues, correct laxity and festoons, and improve orbital contour while fully preserving natural expression.

Just a few months after surgery, this case clearly shows how essential orbital rejuvenation is in achieving a truly balanced facial result.

Along with a Total SMAS face and neck lift, we applied my Temporal MORE technique combined with a canthopexy, addressing one of the patient’s main concerns: correcting a rounded lower eyelid shape that gave her a tired, sad appearance and restoring the natural shape of her eyes.

The Temporal MORE is the ideal technique to work on the lateral canthus and periorbital support without any incision on the lower eyelid, allowing precise repositioning while preserving the patient’s original eye expression.

When Total SMAS lifting is combined with a proper temporal and orbital strategy, the result is not only a younger face, but a face that looks rested, harmonious, and true to the patient’s identity.

Six months after surgery, this result speaks with clarity and balance.

What started as a complete profile reshaping has now reached a stage where the tissues have settled, the proportions have stabilized, and the face has found its new harmony.

The combination of rhinoplasty and chin implant positioning was carefully planned to work as a single structural project, not two separate procedures.

The goal was never to change features in isolation, but to rebalance the relationship between the nose, chin, and jawline, creating a profile that feels natural, coherent, and stable over time.

At this stage, the nose shows refined lines without stiffness, the chin integrates seamlessly with the lower third, and the overall profile appears effortless, as if it had always been this way.

Six months is when a result begins to tell the truth: not just how it looks, but how well it holds.

As the year slowly comes to its final weeks, this feels like a good moment to pause and reflect.

It has been an intense and meaningful year.

In July, we opened the doors of our new Plastic Surgery Clinic: a space that already represents a major step forward and that will continue to grow in the coming months with the addition of dedicated operating rooms.

At the same time, we’ve been working behind the scenes on major educational projects, including The New Frontiers of Face Lifting 2026, which is steadily taking shape for next May.

Most importantly, this year has been defined by the trust of hundreds of patients who chose to begin their journey with us. Each case, each consultation, each surgical plan has contributed to shaping not only results, but vision.

There is still work to be done and that’s exactly how it should be!
