This afternoon, I enjoyed a wholesome plate of rice flour swallow (fufu) paired with rich vegetable okra soup — and it was delicious! 🍲✨

Many people often ask me, “Do you eat anything besides fruits?”
The answer is yes, I do! But I choose to eat in a way that aligns with nature — food that truly nourishes the body at a cellular level.

How do you like your morning breakfast?

Sometimes, when I'm not taking fruits, I'm having a smoothie of various fruits, seeds, nuts and spice.

Here, I'm having a smoothie of sesame seeds, green figs, ginger,dates, mexican pineapple, apple and banana.
