Grateful for another year of teaching Pilates and for the quiet moments of progress, trust, and consistency that allow real change to unfold.
Deeply thankful for my wonderful clients. For showing up, for the work, and for allowing me to witness your growth.

Day 4–6 of the Classical Pilates Masters Program ✨

The last few days we dove deeper.
Deeper in my own body, exploring connections, refining movement, and truly feeling the work from the inside out. Deeper in teaching and understanding how to see more, say less, and guide with clarity. And deeper in observation, where some of the biggest lessons quietly unfold.

I’m so grateful to be surrounded by this incredible group. The support, the laughs, the growth… and yes, even a much-needed night out together to reset and bond. 💛

Always learning. Always evolving. Trusting the process, one day at a time.

Still amazed by how this practice keeps unfolding…

My journey in Classical Pilates continues 💫

The past two days have been such a gift. Learning and moving with my friend and mentor Roi, and sharing it all with my Pilates twin Eugenie. There’s always something new to discover, a deeper connection to find, and a reminder to trust the process.

Today was a first! Headstands on the reformer and Wunda chair! A little scary (In both having Roi as my spotter, saying “don’t let go of me”! 😅), a lot humbling, and completely exhilarating. Always learning, always growing. ✨💫

Last month I had the joy of having classes with Roi in person. ✨ We worked on the Baby Chair and Wunda Chair. Two incredible pieces of classical Pilates apparatus that always humble me and remind me how much there is to learn.

From squats and teaser on the Baby Chair to precision on the Wunda, guided me with so much knowledge and care wonderful studio. You can see my aha! moment right there in the smile on my face 😍

Forever grateful to be both a teacher and a student on this Pilates journey 💛

Throwback to my time (14th-19th July 2025) in Italy 🇮🇹 for the Master Pilates Training with . A week of deep exploration, connection, and pure classical magic.

and I were so inspired by the work we were doing during the training that we asked for more. Even after full days of movement and learning, we still wanted to take a class with our mentor just to move, to flow, to integrate it all.

Huge thanks to for guiding us through that incredible session. It was exactly what we needed: grounding, challenging, and deeply connected to the essence of the work.⁣

Pilates isn’t just something we teach. It’s something we live. The more we learn, the more we realise how much more there is to uncover in the method, in our bodies, in ourselves. It truly runs deep.

Master 2025/26.
It’s been a week now since I returned from Italy pilates master training, and my heart is still full. 💛

I had the privilege of attending the Masters Pilates Training with the one and only . I’m still downloading all the rich information and inspiration. But already it’s been a joy to share some of the work and what I learnt with my clients. ✨

Choosing to step into the Masters programme was a big leap, and I’m so grateful to and for their unwavering support and encouragement. 🙏🏽

Being surrounded by like-minded teachers, moving, learning, and sharing with such intention, was both powerful and emotional. This work is not just physical; it runs deep. And sometimes, the growth comes with its own challenges. 😌

While I was away, more beautiful apparatus from arrived: the ladder barrel, arm chair, push-up device, and bean bag. I’m so excited to be teaching and practicing on them, bringing this next layer into my movement and teaching.

I am already looking ahead to November and March for the next chapters of this Masters journey. The work continues—and I’m so here for it. 💫

There’s something so powerful about having a teacher who really sees you — your patterns, your potential, and the tiny details that make all the difference. ☺️

Yesterday’s session was a beautiful reminder of that. Being spotted, gently adjusted, and encouraged to go a little deeper completely shifted how the work felt in my body. 💥

These moments reaffirm just how valuable it is to have eyes on you — someone to guide, refine, and challenge you in all the right ways.

Of course, none of it happens overnight. Consistency is everything. The magic is in showing up, staying curious, and doing the work — again and again.

Grateful for this practice and the teachers who keep helping me grow. 🌿

Splits on the Cadillac ✨

A few years ago, I was deep in my yoga practice, working on my splits with . Now, I’m still refining my strength and flexibility—this time through the Pilates method, under the guidance of .

The Cadillac provides incredible support for exploring range, control, and stability, allowing me to challenge my body in new ways while staying safe and strong. It’s a humbling reminder that no matter how long we’ve been practicing or teaching, there’s always more to learn. (First time to practice this, it was so much fun) 🤩
