Inspired by this morning session with I share on a Beautiful poem Katrin shared With all of us.

Putting words on now :

I can truly say I am maturing into me. Integrating all the bits and pieces of me into the wholeness of me.
Letting falseness go with ease.
No sense of clinging onto stuff that is not vibrating with Your truth😜
It is a choice yet cannot be forced.
It is simply natural and not so fluffy and esoteric as many Times might seem.
But …maybe in a World where the simplicity and grace of the natural and authentic way of being has seldom been taught and imany times forgotten or put aside for other values - Maybe it Do seems like a miracle.
And that miracle is simply You💫

A Weekend to remember what already carries you.

The Invitation
July 9-12 at The Conscious Farm , Sörmland, Sweden

We gather in simplicity and living presence,
with the earth beneath our feet,
with the body we inhabit,
and with the greater whole of which we are all a part.
This is not a retreat where you need to improve or change yourself.
It is an invitation to pause, to arrive, and to be with what is already here.
When the pace slows and the breath deepens, something may reveal itself —
not as something to be achieved,
but as a quiet recognition.

How We Meet
The days unfold through silence, gentle movement, time in nature, and simple shared presence.
There is nothing to perform and nothing to prove.
In the stillness, something may begin to unfold:
a wisdom beyond effort,

a knowing beyond thought,

a movement beyond form.

We practice being here — with the body, with one another, and with the place.

The Art of Being your Brilliance Retreats with me and Christina Rindsjö is changing both in our content and our locations.

We will still be giving retreats at our beloved Eremito , no doubt about that but we required a little pause to breathe , reflect and recreate.

We are also looking at new venues at the ocean for longer retreats in summer.

Mountains are not excluded

All part of an original desire to create retreats in beautiful and energetic natur locations where can rest, reclaim, vibe and thrive together.
