Casa Amrita is a place for relaxation and rejuvenation in the heart of Italy, Abbruzzo, in the hills close to both the sea and the mountains. Marco and Ingrid, the founders of Casa Amrita, are looking forward to welcome you at their tranquil and beautiful casa. There are several rooms to rent separately as B&B, or for small groups taking part in one of the yoga and meditation holiday programs. Next to yoga, meditation, massage, music and healthy food, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, taking a mountain walk or a swim in the sea.

They have been 8 magical years here in Abruzzo Italy. We have leaned so much and have had the privilege to create, live and work in this beautiful place we named Casa Amrita. This part of our lives has now come to a close as we have parted ways and sold our house to a lovely Dutch couple (Karin en Peter) who will reopen the B&B later in the year.

We thank everyone for their support, trust and great company, all the guests, retreat participants, as well as our wonderful neighbors, friends and family. We couldn't have done it without you!

On July 9-16th we are hosting Elda's 'Abruzzo Yoga Retreat'. There are still some spots available for you to join!
Elda Giardetti is a well known yoga instructor from Canada, who has her roots in Abruzzo. She offers all participants a great Abruzzo experience ☀️

Dear Friends, on this rainy, dark day, it is time to look back on a summer filled with special moments.
We have had quite a summer over here in Italy, intense to say the least. Most of it was working hard, making up for a long locked up winter. However, there are so many things to be grateful for, thank you to all those beautiful people who we shared our summer with

We are open again! 🌻
Are you, or someone you know, longing for some time to reconnect, relax and revitalize at a beautiful, natural location? Come and join us in Italy for our yoga and meditation retreat this June 🌞

Next to our practices together, we will explore some of Abruzzo's natural beauty, visiting the Gran Sasso National Park and Adriatic Sea.
All food is vegetarian/vegan and super tasty and nourishing.

This retreat is for both beginners as well as those experienced in yoga and meditation. We keep the amount of participants small, maintaining an intimate setting, while having enough personal space for all.
