Contemplation from anthroposophy. Today we no longer have to look for God, but for God in others. In order to get to know and understand other people in their greatness and contradictions, we have to meet ourselves. The despair in the face of our own weaknesses turns into new strengths, we grow beyond ourselves. Another point in connection with human encounters is: development. We come from far away and go far, into the future, our soul and our life are constantly in motion - "panta rhei" everything flows - if we understand it completely, we also have more space for others.

La contemplazione dall'antroposofia. Oggi non dobbiamo più cercare Dio, ma Dio negli altri. Per conoscere e comprendere gli altri nella loro grandezza e contraddizioni, dobbiamo incontrare noi stessi. La disperazione di fronte alle nostre debolezze si trasforma in nuovi punti di forza e cresciamo oltre noi stessi. Un altro punto legato agli incontri umani è: lo sviluppo. Veniamo da lontano e andiamo lontano, nel futuro, la nostra anima e la nostra vita sono costantemente in movimento - "panta rhei" tutto scorre - se lo comprendiamo appieno, abbiamo più spazio anche per gli altri.

Here is a diagram explaining how trauma can have an influence on future generations. Ortho-Bionomy can be a tool to work towards integration, without reliving the trauma. No one can change the past, but we can liberate locked up parts. When an accident happens, our miraculous body learns to protects us from the pain. This is a wonderful ability, but if unaddressed this protection mechanism leaves us less alive and with less energy.
