I am a qualified therapist in Naturopathic Nutrition with a three-year Diploma in Naturopathic Medicine. I have an extensive knowledge in nutritional supplements and a passion for cooking simple recipes based on fresh and nutrient-dense ingredients. I work with a comprehensive matrix which looks at each system of the body, genetics, past medical history, relationship with food and life-style choices; designed to understand and address the underlying causes of the clients’ imbalances. Besides food and life-style changes, my approach to health is comprehensive and I also consider:

• Metaphysic aspects of symptoms
• Mindful eating
• Establish a positive mind set. I am trained to support both general well-being and various health issues and conditions with and without presence of medications. My passion is in supporting clients with autoimmune disorders. I also practice Holy Fire Reiki, Angelic Reiki at a master levels (I can do attunements and teach classes) and my own personal method of healing I call the Quantum Journey, which looks at releasing hindrances from the mental, emotional, physical and energetic body to come to a complete and holistic resolution of the symptoms.
