🍂🐾 Novembre profuma di bosco, di terra umida e, più di ogni altro periodo dell'anno, di Tartufo!
È il mese della cerca della pregiata varietà di bianco, un rito antico che si rinnova ogni anno con la stessa emozione.

All’alba, quando il silenzio avvolge la campagna, i cercatori e i loro fedeli cani si muovono tra i sentieri nascosti, guidati solo dall’istinto e da un legame profondo con la natura.
E quando il profumo del Tartufo Bianco arriva in cucina, racconta tutta la magia di questa stagione.

🍂🐾 November smells of wood, humid earth and, more than anyother moment of the year, it smells of truffle.
It's the month of the white fine truffle hunting, an ancient rite that is renewed every year with the same emotion.

At dawn, when countryside is shrouded in silence, the truffle hunters and their faithful dogs walk together on hidden paths. They are driven by instinct and by their deep bond with nature. Then when the scent of white truffle comes to the kitchen tells the magic atmoshere of this season.
