Precisely why it’s so important to be in alignment with oneself and your soul path.

Because the world does not need more people who are confused, falling for deceptions or chasing constant distractions.

The world needs souls who are tapped into their soul power and who radiate that out. Who are lighthouses to the lost.

We have too many of the ones who forgot what a soul connection feels like. The ones who are misleading others.

The world needs to connect with its own heart again.

“The quest to actually reverse human aging has just crossed a massive, historic milestone. The FDA has officially greenlit the very first human clinical trial for a gene therapy designed to fundamentally reverse biological age at the cellular level. Spearheaded by Life Biosciences, a Boston-based biotech company co-founded by Harvard genetics professor David Sinclair, the groundbreaking treatment relies on a technique known as partial epigenetic reprogramming. By delivering a specific cocktail of three genes, the therapy essentially acts as a software reset for the body, modifying the chemical tags on DNA to make older, damaged cells act completely young again.

The science behind this upcoming trial is staggering. In previous laboratory experiments, Sinclair's team successfully utilized this exact reprogramming technique to reverse the biological age of cells in animals by up to 75 percent. Rather than just slowing down the aging process, the therapy actively restored youthful function, successfully curing blindness and regenerating damaged optic nerves in mice and non-human primates. Because of these incredible results, the upcoming Phase 1 human trial will specifically focus on treating patients with severe, age-related vision loss, including open-angle glaucoma and a condition known as a "stroke of the eye".”

Cut all cords and release energetic ties! Let go of toxic patterns not serving you anymore!

We are in a charged eclipse season, have started the Chinese new year and are about to approach our first Mercury retrograde of the year...

In short - THERE IS A LOT GOING ON! And people may be picking up on that.

This is an ideal time to cut cords to all people, situations, habits and things not serving you anymore!

Admitting that you are not in a position to feel happy for another person’s success is a powerful place to be.

Knowing exactly why you feel the way you do instead of overpowering those emotions with the “how I should be acting” or “how others expect me to act” is a super power. It helps you get to the core of what’s really going on inside of you.

Too many times people may just try to push those feelings of sadness or negativity away the moment another person announces their great moment (think promotion, engagement, having a baby, buying a house - whatever it is for you that may trigger you).

(Or they may do the opposite - give snide comments, bity remarks or just try to turn the situation into a downer because they feel unhappy about their own life.)

However this doesn’t mean that the pangs of jealousy will go away when it’s pushed down. Quite the opposite. It can grow into something even stronger, such as outright resentment or hate for the person.

Acknowledging the emotion of feeling inferior, lost or not happy the moment it comes up is powerful as it gives the opportunity to work through it.

And ultimately be where you want to be - in a position in which you feel fully worthy of your own path and life no matter what happens around you.

I hope this helps in case you feel overwhelmed by people posting their success stories online (but often leaving out what it took to get there).

You are not broken for feeling this way. You are working through your own pain and trauma and healing yourself and your heritage while doing so.

Remember this when you feel down about something that seems out of your control. You always have the power to turn things around with your mind, intention and actions.
