🎶Open day Vinyasa e Suono

Da questa settimana, ogni sabato ci ritroviamo con per rigltagliarci un momento in cui il Vinyasa Yoga incontra il suono!

Saremo guidatx dal flusso del corpo e accompagnatx da strumenti terapeutici quali campane tibetane, tamburi sciamanici, cimbali e flauto, ci muoveremo tra le note. Ogni movimento diventa un respiro, ogni suono un invito alla presenza.

Ci vediamo a partire da questo Sabato, e per l'occasione avremo la compagnia del musicoterapeuta .62
