What are complementary therapies?
Biophysical therapy:
Biophysical Therapy stimulates the body to start “repairing” the affected areas from within through electric waves and frequencies. It acts on the central nervous system, the peripheral nervous system, the immune system, and the circulatory system. You will be presented with different programs, helping long-term with your CRPS, as well as short-term with your pain levels.

Light therapy:
To be used 30 minutes twice or thrice a day during the stay. The light helps the regeneration of peripheral nerves and prevents the development of neurogenic dystrophy. It also guarantees a deep pe*******on in the tissues, so that the immune system gets stimulated, and reduces inflammation, while stimulating circulation.

A story like so many: after surgery on April 23rd, 2025, Lisa developed CRPS. It started from the right ankle, gradually spreading towards the hip. She was quick to not accept her faith: after only a few months, she came to Italy to get treatment. She was already doing everything correctly with physical therapy for desensitizing in the acute phase, red light for the swelling, and she tried pain management therapies, even going as far as ketamine cream. She did not want to pass the rest of her life with always heavier dosages of medications with always fewer results. She looked around and found Italy.
