La Tour d’Argent represents a unique dialogue between heritage and contemporary culinary spaces.

As part of the restaurant’s latest renovation, we contributed to redefining the open kitchen as both a functional and architectural element within one of Paris’ most iconic fine dining institutions.

The custom cooking block was conceived to support precision, workflow, and visual balance, aligning technical performance with a refined, minimalist aesthetic suitable for a Michelin-starred environment.

Project developed in collaboration with ECHR SAS.
