Structure is defined through precision and control.

In the making of a Marrone kitchen, welding is a fundamental step that ensures the integrity and continuity of stainless steel surfaces. Through expert techniques, each joint is executed to create seamless connections that enhance both strength and visual coherence.

Working with stainless steel at this stage requires accuracy, experience, and a deep understanding of the material. Every weld is carefully calibrated to guarantee durability, resistance, and long-term performance in demanding environments.

Beyond its technical function, welding also contributes to the final aesthetic. Invisible or refined to perfection, each connection supports a clean, uninterrupted surface where form and function align.

At Marrone, craftsmanship and engineering work together to transform construction into precision, shaping kitchens designed for performance, reliability, and enduring quality.

We usually design kitchens for homes and restaurants.
Designing one at sea is a different story.

On board Tankoa Yachts, Italian craftsmanship meets advanced naval engineering to shape some of the world’s most exclusive superyachts.

Within this context, Marrone brings its expertise into a highly specialised environment, designing fully custom galleys where professional kitchen performance must coexist with the constraints and precision of life at sea.

Each project is developed in relation to the yacht’s architecture, where space optimisation, safety, and durability are essential. Layouts are engineered to ensure efficiency and continuity, even under motion and environmental stress.

Materials, technical solutions, and equipment are selected to meet the highest standards of resistance, usability, and long-term reliability.

The galley is conceived as an integrated system, where every element is seamlessly embedded into the yacht’s structure, balancing aesthetic coherence with operational excellence for chefs working in high-end maritime environments.

At Locanda San Pietro, originally inaugurated in 1928, Marrone’s intervention is developed in relation to a specific architectural and geographical condition.

The building is positioned between the sea and a steep slope, and articulated into two volumes divided by Via Capellini. The project works on continuity between these parts, through the definition of connections, proportions, and material transitions.

Within this system, the kitchen is integrated as part of the interior layout. Marrone developed it in relation to the operational needs of the service, ensuring clarity in use and consistency in movement.

Finishes, including emerald green surfaces, are defined in relation to light, context, and long-term use.

Installation, perfected by Marrone, reflects the same precision and attention to detail: completing the project with the same level of care found in design and production.

At Ristorante D’O, led by Chef Davide Oldani, the kitchen was developed in direct relation to the workflow of the brigade and the structure of the space.

The project is based on a clear layout, where functions are distributed to support daily operations with precision and continuity. Each element, from preparation areas to cooking and service, is positioned to reduce movement and improve coordination.

Materials, technical solutions, and equipment are selected according to intensity of use, maintenance needs, and durability over time.

The kitchen is conceived as an integrated system, where layout, functions, and materials work together to support the service.

From the precision of the machine to the hands that perfect it, the “M” of Marrone emerges: a symbol of meticulous craftsmanship and thoughtful design. It’s our trademark, a mark of quality, flexibility, and craftsmanship.

Quality, flexibility, and craftsmanship are the heart of every Marrone kitchen. Marco Pujatti, CEO of Marrone, defines them as the pillars behind each creation.

Every component, every technical choice reflects quality. Flexibility guides every client conversation and adapts solutions to each unique space. And craftsmanship lives in decades of hands-on experience, shaping every detail, even at a global scale.

At Marrone, the philosophy is simple: people first, precision always, and a timeless culture of making things properly.

“The mark must be there. Always.”
Speaking here is Marco, CEO of Marrone, echoing the words of his father Armando as he shows the details of the company: the M logo engraved on handles, the finishes, every little element.

It’s a principle that still guides every action and decision today: design legacy taking shape in daily work and reinvented in each new creation. Even in the most discreet details, where function and identity converge.

“Every element, even the most essential, is part of a broader vision: recognizable, precise, a sort of signature of the company.”

"Creating kitchens of this quality, with these materials, here and now… it makes me feel truly accomplished." – Tonus Giuseppe, Production Manager at Marrone for 10 years now.

At Marrone, every kitchen is fully custom, and meeting production timelines is always a challenge. Tonus guides the process through each stage: cutting sheet metal, bending, pre-assembling components, welding, and assembling the complete kitchen.

Welding is the most demanding part: it requires time, precision, and attention to detail. The final finishing transforms all the elements into a functional, elegant, and durable kitchen, ready to support world-class chefs.

Through this process, Marrone combines craftsmanship, innovation, and meticulous engineering to turn every kitchen into a space where creativity can thrive.

Precision emerges through craftsmanship and attention to detail.

In the making of a Marrone kitchen, surface polishing is a fundamental step that defines both the aesthetic and functional quality of stainless steel. Through careful finishing processes, the material acquires its distinctive visual depth while maintaining the durability and performance required in professional culinary environments.

Working with stainless steel demands expertise and control. Each surface is treated with precision to achieve a refined balance between technical integrity, tactile quality, and visual elegance.

Through skilled craftsmanship and meticulous finishing, the material reveals its full expressive potential, transforming stainless steel into a surface that is both highly functional and architecturally refined.

At Marrone, material, technique, and design come together to shape kitchens built for performance, longevity, and timeless sophistication.
