It might sound strange but…

Mornings are the key the better sleep ☀️

You see, every cell in your body runs on a 24 hour clock

(well actually a little more than 24 hours so we’ve got to keep it in check!)

And this clock governs EVERYTHING…

… from sleep to mood to brain function to digestion…

So when you work WITH, not against, your natural rhythms of the day, everything changes!

I’m off on a girls trip later this week so am starting to pack my essentials:

💤 A sleep spray to make my room feel instantly like home

💤 My gorgeous silk sleep mask from so I know light won’t be an issue

💤 One of many pairs of for any unwanted noise (hoping to find my “dream” ones before I go)

💤 Travel friendly sachets of sleep tea so I can keep my caffeine free hot drink evening ritual

💤 And last, but definitely not least, a pair of cosy socks!…

You see… to fall asleep we need our core body temperature to fall and, I know it may sound strange, but cosy socks can help the process!
