Most of what’s driving your behaviour… you’re not even aware of.

We all have unconscious beliefs — scripts running in the background — that were formed when we were children.

From our parents.
Teachers.
Experiences.
Moments that shaped how we see the world and ourselves.

And the thing is…
These beliefs don’t just sit quietly in the background.

They drive your behaviour.
Your decisions.
Your health.

Often without you even realising.

It’s only when you start to bring them into the light that you get those “holy sh*t” moments…

👉 Do I actually believe that?
👉 Is that why I keep doing this?
👉 Is that why I’m stuck?

And this is where healing starts to go deeper.

Because healing isn’t just physical.
It’s not just supplements, adjustments, or protocols.

It’s physical, chemical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
You cannot skip pieces of the puzzle.

I see this all the time in practice.

People come in with chronic pain, having seen multiple practitioners, expecting the next adjustment or treatment to “fix” them.

But sometimes…
👉 It’s not a structural problem.
👉 It’s not even a physical problem.

It’s something deeper.

I had a client years ago with 20 years of chronic neck pain.
He’d seen everyone. Tried everything.

I said to him straight up,
“What do you think I’m going to do differently?”

So we went deeper.
Long history. Layers peeled back. Trust built.

Turned out he’d been on PPIs for 20 years (which shouldn’t happen).
I suspected low stomach acid + parasite.

Tested. Confirmed. Treated.

👉 2 months later… neck pain gone.

20 years. Gone.

He thought I was a witch 😂
Honestly… I didn’t argue.

But that was just one layer.

From there we worked on the emotional side —
his overworking, his patterns, his beliefs.

And that’s the point.

Healing is layered.
It’s rarely one thing.
It’s a jigsaw.

And if you keep only working on one piece…
you stay stuck.

Okay… I am officially EXCITED about this now 🔥

After yesterday’s post, I’ve been sitting with this, visualising it, feeling into it…
and honestly? I can feel exactly who this is for.

I can feel the women.
I can feel the energy.
I can feel the depth of the work we’re going to do together.

And this is not going to be some cookie-cutter “program.”

This is going to be completely bespoke to the women in the room.

We’re going there. All of it.

✨ The weird and wonderful
✨ The physical + the energetic
✨ The science + the spiritual

Think:
Coffee enemas
Gallbladder work
Muscle testing
Nervous system regulation
Meditations, activations
Lifestyle, nutrition, patterns, habits

And then… the bit I’m most excited about:
real connection.

This is going to feel like meeting up with your favourite girlfriends every week…
The ones you can say anything to.
The ones you feel safe with.
The ones who hold you, lift you, and help you see clearly again.

A space where you can:
Be honest
Be vulnerable
Be seen
Be supported

…and leave every session feeling clearer, lighter, and knowing exactly what you need to do next.

If it ends up being a Jersey-based group, we’ll meet in person too… dog walks, coffee, chats — whatever feels right.

This is about truth, authenticity, and deep healing.

Honestly? It’s going to be a bit of a delicious soup of energetic loveliness 🖤✨

And I want it to start immediately… but I know I need to gather the right women first.

So…

If this is calling you,
DM me.

We’ll jump on a call, talk about where you’re at, what you need, and whether this is the right fit for you.

And if it’s not? I’ll point you in the right direction. Always.

Once I’ve got the first group together… we begin.

Calling in the women who are ready to go deep…

Not surface level.
Not dabbling.
Not “I’ll try this and see.”

I’m talking about the women who are truly ready to heal.

On every level:
Physical
Chemical
Mental
Emotional
Spiritual

Because let’s be honest…
Some people think they’re ready.
But real healing? It asks more of you.

It asks you to:
✨ Look at your shadows
✨ Change your habits
✨ Be honest with yourself
✨ Get uncomfortable
✨ Be seen, supported and held

And not everyone is there yet.
But if you are… you’ll feel it reading this.

I’ve been feeling called to shift how I work for a while now.
Less noise. Less “marketing.” More depth, connection and real transformation.

So I’m opening up a very small, very intentional group.

Think:
A safe space
A supportive space
A slightly witchy, “let’s create spells for your life” kind of space 🖤✨

Only 4–5 women
3 months together
Weekly group sessions
Fortnightly 1:1s with me

A place where you bring all of you — your symptoms, your story, your patterns, your blocks — and we work through it properly.

This is not for everyone.
But if you’re done playing small…
If you’re done putting yourself last…
If you’re ready to actually change your health and your life…

Then maybe this is for you.

Especially today, on this New Moon in Aries — a perfect moment to decide what you’re no longer carrying forward.

Your future gets to look different.
And you deserve that.

If this is calling you, DM me.
We’ll have a chat and see if it feels aligned 🤍

Trust your gut. Even when no one else believes you.

This next video dives deeper into my personal journey with root canals and how it all began.

I had my first root canal at the age of 21. Up until that point, I’d never experienced any significant health issues. But shortly afterwards, I began suffering from relentless urinary tract infections.

From a mainstream medical perspective, these were considered “just one of those things.” I followed all the usual advice to the letter—cranberry juice, increased hydration, avoiding tea and coffee, showering before and after s*x, over-the-counter remedies, and countless courses of antibiotics. Nothing made any real difference.

What was particularly confusing was that many times my symptoms were severe, yet urine tests would come back showing no bacteria. I’d be told, “It’s not a UTI,” despite experiencing classic symptoms—burning, urgency, and frequency—alongside overwhelming fatigue, emotional sensitivity, and episodes where I’d be freezing cold and completely wiped out.

Looking back, I believe biofilm played a role, allowing infection to persist undetected. But at the time, no one ever asked about my dental history. Root canals simply weren’t on the radar.

The turning point came during a chiropractic muscle testing course when weakness was identified around that tooth. Initially, it was thought to be related to the metal crown, but it was later discovered that there was an abscess beneath the root canal. After the area was treated and a non-metal crown placed, my UTIs stopped—almost overnight. After years of constant infections, I went three full years without a single episode!

That experience sparked my deep dive into functional medicine. I began reading research, including studies demonstrating how infections in teeth could affect distant organs, such as the kidneys. Yet when I shared this information with dentists and doctors, it was consistently dismissed. I was made to feel silly for suggesting it, and ultimately unheard.

This leads to an important reflection:

Just because something is mainstream does not mean it is the absolute truth!

The body whispers… and our symptoms are often clues.

Physical symptoms are rarely random. More often than not, they’re signals pointing towards underlying dysfunction within the body.

Take a hiatus hernia or persistent indigestion, for example. While medical management has its place, many people are surprised to discover how much relief can be achieved through hands-on therapies. This is largely due to the role of fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and separates our organs, muscles, and joints.

I often describe fascia like the thin white film you see over a chicken breast. Sometimes it’s flexible and stretchy; other times it becomes tight and restrictive. When this happens, it can influence organ function and contribute to pain or discomfort. Through therapies such as chiropractic, massage, osteopathy, physiotherapy, craniosacral therapy, and acupuncture, fascia can be mobilised and released, often leading to significant symptom relief.

For instance, I regularly help clients with hiatus hernia relief techniques that provide immediate comfort. While these approaches don’t “cure” the hernia, they can dramatically reduce symptoms and empower individuals with tools they can use themselves at home.

I’ve recently been on the receiving end of this care myself—always a humbling reminder of the power of these therapies!

The key message is this: your body is always communicating with you. These whispers simply need to be decoded by the right practitioners. Complementary and natural health professionals play a vital role in supporting the body as a holistic system, working with it rather than against it.

If you’re not exploring these therapies, you may be missing a significant piece of true healthcare—the kind that can move the needle, reduce pain more quickly, and support long-term wellbeing.

Everyone’s journey is unique, and you may need different practitioners at different times. So be curious, explore your options, and find the people who make a real difference for you.

Your body has the answers—sometimes it just needs the right hands to help it along the way.

My recent chronic infection-Root canal journey and why you should trust your gut!

This is the first of 3 videos sharing more about my recent health journey and how mainstream doctrine that root canals are “safe and effective” needs updating!

For those who don’t know, I’ve been navigating a chronic infection linked to a tooth with a root canal, with a “suspected” connection to pain in the screw head of my collarbone plate. Despite feeling that something wasn’t right for a long time, my blood tests remained “normal” – something that can often happen when biofilm is involved, allowing infections to persist undetected!

Root canals are widely considered “safe” within mainstream dentistry, However, from a functional and biological perspective, there’s another side to the story.

When a root canal is performed, a dead tooth is sealed & left within the body. The challenge is that the dentine contains thousands of microscopic tubules, far too small for even the most advanced dental tools to fully clean. This means that bacteria—common within the oral microbiome—can remain trapped within the tooth. Once sealed, these bacteria may persist as a focal infection, and depending on an individual’s genetics, immune resilience, and overall terrain, this can contribute to long-term, systemic health issues.

A well-recognised example of oral bacteria affecting systemic health is bacterial endocarditis, where bacteria from the mouth enter the bloodstream and infect the heart following dental procedures. This mechanism is widely accepted. So it raises an important question: if bacteria can travel to the heart, why would they not be able to affect other organs such as the kidneys, bladder, joints, or digestive system? Anatomically and physiologically, it makes perfect sense.

This series is about encouraging you to trust your intuition. If you have a root canal and feel that something isn’t quite right with your health, don’t dismiss that inner knowing. The body whispers long before it screams!

More to come as I share different aspects of this journey.

Big love & encouragement to ALWAYS trust your intuition/gut

Nervous system regulation is not a one-off job… it’s daily work.

And honestly?
At the moment, it’s a full-time job for me.

If you’re anything like me — 100 miles an hour, feet barely touching the ground — you’ll know how easy it is to live in a constant state of “go, go, go.”

But since being unwell, I’ve really felt how hard it is to regulate when your system is already under stress.

And here’s the truth most people don’t realise:

👉 You cannot heal in a dysregulated nervous system.

If your body thinks it’s in danger — fight or flight — it’s not prioritising healing.
It’s prioritising survival.

Which is why this has to come first.

Not supplements.
Not protocols.
Not the latest trend.

Regulation first. Always.

And no… this isn’t a “fix it once and you’re done” situation.
It’s something you learn.
Something you practise.
Something you build into your life.

For me, the things that really help aren’t always mainstream:

• Epsom salt baths (huge for grounding)
• Solfeggio frequencies (Spotify/YouTube)
• Sound healing with (Kinga — incredible)
• Acupressure mat
• Somatic exercises
• Breathwork
• Humming, vibration, even a good “OM” in the car

Simple things… but powerful.

And as always, we come back to the pillars:
Physical
Chemical
Mental
Emotional
Spiritual

You can’t skip any of them.
But nervous system regulation is the foundation that everything else is built on.

This is also why I love chiropractic (yes, I’m biased 😅)
When done well, it supports the nervous system on every level — not just physical.

But like anything, you need to find the right practitioner. Someone who truly understands integration, not just adjustments.

If you’re on a healing journey and feeling stuck…
Start here.

Slow down.
Regulate.
Create safety in your body again.

That’s where healing begins 🤍

The body whispers before it screams.

And one of the hardest patterns I see again and again is people waiting until they’re “bad enough” to get support.

Not because they don’t care.
But because they’re busy, they’re coping, and they hope it’ll pass.

So they wait.
And wait.
And wait.

Until the whisper becomes a scream.

Here’s the truth, said with so much compassion as I do get it. ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️

“The body whispers before it screams…”

This video was actually recorded back in December, before I knew how much of this journey I’d end up sharing.

So over the coming weeks, you might see a few slightly “wintery” videos as I open up more about my teeth/jaw infection journey and what’s unfolded since.

But the message in this one is important 👇

My journey didn’t start with a clear diagnosis.
It started with whispers:

• A random pain in my collarbone
• Feeling run down, picking things up more easily
• Waking at 2–3am with intense itching in one spot
• Stiffness in my fingers on waking

Individually? Easy to dismiss.
Together? A body that was clearly not thriving.

And this is where I see so many people get stuck.

Because if it doesn’t fit neatly into a box…
If tests are “normal”…
If it’s not obvious…

👉 You get told “it’s just one of those things.”

But your body doesn’t just do things for no reason.

This is why I always say:
You need a team.

Not just one practitioner.
Not just one system.

You need people you trust who can look at the body as a whole system — physical, chemical, mental, emotional, spiritual — and help you join the dots.

For me, that’s included functional testing, live blood analysis, acupuncture, manual therapies… people who are willing to look differently.

And no, this isn’t about bashing mainstream medicine.
It’s incredible for acute care.

But when it comes to complex, chronic, “non-textbook” symptoms…
You sometimes have to think outside the box.

So if your body is whispering to you right now…
Don’t ignore it.
Don’t override it.

Get curious.
Get support.
And keep digging until you find your answers.

Because the earlier you listen…
The less your body has to scream.
