🗞 If you are plugged into the media at all, you will have no doubt seen that menopause is currently a hot topic!
🥺 In our culture this is part of our lives where women may feel embarrassed or ashamed to talk about what is happening to their bodies, which is very sad as in some cultures, when a woman reaches this stage in her life she is seen as a wise woman whom people go to to seek advice or counsel!
❤️ The menopause is an inevitable stage in a woman's life, and preparing for it properly (ideally 10 years before its onset, so early 40's) can help to alleviate many of the symptoms that arise.
