It’s that time of year …🏃‍♀️🏃🏃🏽‍♂️& I love to support Hospice 2 Hospice Half Marathon with recovery massage at the finish line .
Should any runners out there be searching for pre race massage, I have 2 late morning appointments available 8days before- sat 15th The Wellness Centre - Castle Quay.
