Drift Retreat is a yoga and surf retreat on the island of Jersey, channel islands.

A DRIFT Retreat is a unique wellbeing experience where we live fun-filled healthy days, sharing delicious organic food together. Surfing and yoga are the staple of every day whilst there are numerous additional activities available for as ‘action-packed’ or ‘relaxed’ a time as you prefer. We stay in a historic Tower renovated with all the mod-cons, on the west coast of Jersey, located within the Jersey National Park. Nutritious organic vegetarian food is served for every meal: Gluten-free, dairy-free and Raw are available. Fill up with healthy fuel needed for your day, detoxing without even noticing: Fresh juices, smoothies, super foods, mostly locally sourced and wholesome food. Wake up to yoga each morning, surf sessions every day and explore the nature and wild life on your doorstep with five miles of pristine beach and Jersey National Trust’s Wetland Centre nearby.

What a year…. Hope you’re all having a relaxing happy holiday time with loved ones. We have an intention setting evening coming up on Sunday 4th January online - it’s very chill. 7:30-9pm on zoom.

The plan is to start with a simple meditation, then a talking circle to check in with everyone & then plan our intentions for the year ahead and dream together - Bring hot chocolate, candle, cosy blankets, magazines, scissors & yourselves & your intentions and we’ll catch up & chit chat as we dream up dreams together for 2026 & discuss the year ahead. Join us for a good way to start off the year together… ‘Where attention goes energy flows’ - let’s send some good intentions out for the year ahead… You can bring your magazines & cut out & stick to a dream board if you like to get crafty (& we love to have a strong visual for our intentions), or you can simply join & chat. We’re suggesting a £5 donation to CHOOSE LOVE a charity we love. Please donate what you wish directly to CHOOSE LOVE

Join us for an exclusive DRIFT X ATLANTIC HOTEL Retreat in 2026

18 - 22 October 2026

We are very excited to launch our collaboration with the Atlantic Hotel on the west coast of Jersey offering our DRIFT Retreat guests a unique five days of nourishing connection, creativity & rejuvenation staying in this beautiful location.

We will have offerings of morning meditations, yoga, Ai Chi, pilates, sound baths, creative sessions and surfing options so you can choose to be as adventurous or relaxed as you wish.

We will share the most delicious nutritious locally sourced meals prepared exclusively for us by the chefs at the Atlantic Hotel, providing nutritious meals with vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options all locally caught and sourced.

We will explore the island on electric bikes, hikes and swims in beloved secret spots and hidden bays.

Each evening we will offer talks and talking circles where we dive deep on topics from personal development to new paradigms - big picture and zooming in - the macro & the micro, finding purpose, taking time to examine our own lives, looking at creating better habits and rituals for better living.

You will leave feeling nourished and connected to yourself and a like-minded community, equipped with inspiration and new ideas for living well.

DRIFT is 10!! Celebrating ten years of drifting…A whole decade of joyful surf, soul food & salty yoga sessions — We’ve been holding space, sharing waves, fuelling bodies, and moving with the tides for 10 solid years. From our first wild coastal long weekends to the full-spectrum retreats we run today, DRIFT has always been about more than a getaway. It’s been a way of life. Community. Connection. Cold water. Campfire chats. Connection. Epic sunsets. And always, always good food! Thank you to every single one of you who has surfed, stretched, shared and surrendered with us over the years 💛 Here’s to the next wave 🌊 We’re always evolving and have exciting developments to share in 2026 including more special guests and new offerings incoming. We still have a couple of spaces on our Portugal Retreat 12-18 October!

Why do we still do it …Because we love it! Because we need it! Because we want it more than ever! The need for balance is real! We can’t be in the big wide world being productive at a thousand volts all the time if we don’t also take time to recharge & reset & feel good! Radical rest - revolutionary self-love - resisting fascism - protecting our Mother Earth - reciprocating - learning - growing - empowering - evolving - connecting... Thank you for being part of it. 🙏 STILL running to the ocean at every available opportunity .. STILL loving sharing with friends old and new at every opportunity … STILL laughing our heads off at every opportunity…. STILL practising our pop ups / getting our press-ups in whenever we can (Big Up Tuesday morning crew)! STILL Needing radical rest and retreats to reset from the crazy world and come back stronger.
