Mind your step at Val de la Mare...

Over the next couple of weeks, we'll be doing some essential works on a small section near the reservoir's edge to repair the footpath and bank.

You can still enjoy your walks and runs around the whole reservoir. There will just be a slightly narrower section of path where we will be doing these repairs.

Follow the signs and take care, as there will be operational vehicles operating in the area.

***Customers in the Gorey and Archirondel area***

Our team has now completed the emergency repairs and your water should gradually come back on.

It may be temporarily discoloured or cloudy but this is normal after repairs on the mains network and will clear if you run your kitchen tap for five minutes or so. We will of course credit you for any water used to do this so please contact our Customer Services team tomorrow during office hours.

It’s certainly been a wild night out there. Thanks for your patience while our team
and Jayen Limited have worked in some
tough conditions to get your water supply back on.

Nearly through the worst of it 👍

🌊💧 New refill point! 💧🌊

You just need the bottle…

Because now you can refill at another Island spot!

In celebration of World Water Day this past weekend, we’ve unveiled our latest community refill point and this one is in St John. Located in the heart of the village, everyone can now fill up and hydrate while on the go.

Big shout out to St John Youth and Community Trust who have partnered with us to fund the new fountain. What a great addition to the village that will give people access to free water and more importantly reduce the need for single-use plastic bottles!

A heads up from us…

Starting from tomorrow morning, La Grande Route de St. Martin will be closed between Five Oaks roundabout and La Rue du Trot junction, as we upgrade the water supply network in the area.

The road will be closed between 08:45 and 16:30 on both Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 February. It will be open overnight, with temporary traffic lights in place.

We understand that road closures can be inconvenient, but this work is critical to ensure a reliable water supply. During this time, we will be working alongside Jersey Electricity while they complete their own works.

Residents in the area have already been informed and will have access to premises at all times.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these upgrades.
