Starting this Saturday, September 10th, this 5-week nutrition course for women will help you build (or re-build) sustainable habits to help you gain energy, restore sleep, enhance your complexion, balance your hormones and upgrade your overall health.
Join Registered Dietitian, Esther Schultz MS RD, and Certified Life Coach, Carmela Glover-Green, to create a realistic and restorative path to healing by learning the what, when, and how of fuelling your body, and developing a solid foundation of healthy habits to become a reinvigorated version of yourself.

5 nutrition workshops with a Registered Dietitian.
5 group sessions with a Certified Life Coach.
A supportive group environment alongside women with common goals.
FB live sessions between workshops.
