Starting this Saturday, September 10th, this 5-week nutrition course for women will help you build (or re-build) sustainable habits to help you gain energy, restore sleep, enhance your complexion, balance your hormones and upgrade your overall health.

Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am Carmela, 45-year-old mum of two and a transformational life coach.

I will be working alongside Esther during this program as a support to the group, encouraging and motivating you to think about where you are now, where you want to be in your health and vitality journey, and through nurture and various coaching techniques both within the sessions, but largely through the private facebook members group, I will help you cement the new habits that Esther takes you through so that they become a natural part of your daily life.

We all know about gut bacteria, but what about the bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms that live in other parts of our bodies?
