Carole first joined CI Home Care in 2019 as a Live-in Carer, bringing with her a natural warmth and a strong sense of purpose. Since then, she’s progressed into a key leadership role as our Assistant Manager & Live-in Supervisor, supporting both clients and colleagues across the island.

With her NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, Carole combines experience and knowledge to ensure our Live-in team delivers compassionate, high-quality care that supports independence and dignity.

We asked Carole a few quick-fire questions…

🐾 What makes you smile? “My Labrador, George. He shares my personality – loyal, easily distracted, and mostly motivated by snacks.”
🌟 Proudest moment as a Carer? “Supporting someone through end-of-life care with grace, laughter and humanity.”
💙 One piece of advice for new Carers? “Humour, patience, and chocolate – especially chocolate. Non-negotiable.”

Those who know Carole will tell you she brings humour and heart to everything she does. That, along with caffeine and a healthy dose of stubbornness makes her a truly special part of the CI Home Care team.
